Hypothetical:
If it were your sibling's birthday, you don't give them a sweater you like just so you could wear it in the future!
I mean, I guess it's alright if your sibling likes the sweater too and would wear it as well,
but it's kind of rude if you were shopping for yourself and not for your sibling.
It's also like buying a burger for your baby's dinner just so you can eat the burger.
No joke, though: actual baby food is amazing.
