The jealousy Lillian carried for her sister grew with each passing day. It soon became too much to handle; she decided to take action.
She had realized there was one thing she could outdo her sister in; sorcery.
She went to her sister while she was sleeping and placed a curse on her. She watched in delight as her sister's beautiful tan skin faded into a sickly green, growing until her whole body was covered.
When Rosaline woke in the morning and looked in her mirror, she screamed.
She touched her own face in horror, and cried from her now black eyes. Her nails had changed to claws, feet replaced with hooves.
She called for her mother and father through sobs.
"Lillian! Come to the Grand Room this instant!!" The King boomed, voice laced with rage.
Lillian trotted down the steps happily, "Yes, father?"
"Lillian, did you do this to your sister?" He demanded.
"Why I would never!" She trilled, giggling.
"Lillian Rosa, how could you?" The Queen sobbed.
Upon seeing her mother cry, a new set of sobs racked Rosaline's body.
"Go to your room. Now." The King said sternly.
Lillian pleaded and said she didn't do anything. She didn't think there would be any consequences.
Lillian puffed out her chest and said she was not going.
The King and Queen said they both knew she had done it.
But Lillian had a temper and didn't have much control over her powers."Do not toy with me, Father"
