Nothing is as It Seems (Wattys 2016)

Chapter 7

Stiles' POV

                   Casey seems really off today and I could not put my finger on why. As soon as we got to school she got out of the jeep not even saying a word to Stuart and I. She was on a mission  not telling anyone exactly where she was going. I am not even sure she knew where she was going, but who am I to correct her. I went through the day, looking so forward to Friday. It was only Wednesday sadly, so he had to go through hell for two and a half more days. The day was going by really slow and to make things more interesting he had not heard from or even heard from Casey since this morning. 

                   I did not know what to think of it. She seemed really pissed this morning, when she was getting out of the car. The whole situation just rubbed him wrong; he knew something was about to either go down or just plain out wrong. That being said, all the pack (except Derek) had gathered around our usual lunch table. Apparently, no one in the pack had seen Casey, and some of them have classes with Casey. 

                    They said she was not in class either, and I thought that was just bizarre. She had never missed a class unless she was really sick. She even goes to school if someone in the family dies, it keeps her mind focused on something else. In the whole time I have known her, she has never cried in front of people. It just was not her thing, she refused to give people even the slightest reason to thing so even tho no one ever thought that. It was just the way she thought. 

                      Now i was worried tho, she seemed so off like she knew something was gonna go wrong today, yet it had no other effect on her. It's almost like she had just accepted her fate, and no matter what she did or someone said it would not change the outcome of the situation she had gotten herself into. Which by the looks of her face this morning, it was not a good situation. I went through the rest of the day not even paying attention in any of my classes. All I had on my mind was my sister wondering what kind of predicament she had gotten herself in. 

                  Derek had called a pack meeting, for right after school, to discuss the upcoming chimera pack in Beacon Hills. I arrived first with Stuart like I always did. I just hated being late and refused to be just on time if something were to happen to the jeep I would need time to work on it with my very convenient duck tape. Stuart was taking his sweet time getting out of the jeep, so I just went without him. I just walked in the house like I always did, and when I walked in I first saw Derek and i ran to him and just jumped in his arms. Derek either expected me to do this or he just recovered very well. We just sat there and stared in awe at one other until the rest of the pack walked in. Derek immediately put me down as fast as he could in a gentle manner. 

                      They all gathered around the table in Derek's apartment, that everyone enjoyed and was glad he bought. They were just chatting when all the sudden Stiles got a call from the sheriff also known as his dad. The sheriff was talking to Stiles about a supernatural problem. No one had to tell anyone, but they already knew it was the chimera pack. They got the location of the problem and they all headed out. They finally got to the location and none of them had expected what stood before them. 

                     Stiles was about to hyperventilate where he stood. Derek reached over to Stiles to comfort him. Stuart did not look much better he just was better at hiding it. He also did not have the anxiety problems Stiles had. Both of there worlds were falling apart right before there eyes. They were both thinking how could they have been so stupid to not think of this scenario even if we knew i do not think they would have believed it. 

                       There beside Theo stood Cassandra Stilinksi looking way to comfortable to have been kidnapped and that only meant one thing. She had joined him.
