Nothing is as It Seems (Wattys 2016)

Chapter 16

Stiles' POV 

               It was nice to have Derek to complain to. I have never really had anyone there for me besides Stuart, and he is kind of obligated to be there. It was nice to have Derek there, because he doesn't really talk that much in these situations. He was actually there to just listen to what i had to say. Derek's hugs were always comforting too, and he had the best kisses. 

            All of that almost made me forget about Casey's outburst if that's what you would call that incident. I just wish she would realize how much danger she is putting herself in, or how much stress she is putting on everyone else. She is just too young to realize she has no clue what she is doing. She is going to get herself killed. 

            You know what I don't even care anymore; she is going to do it anyway. She will realize what she is doing, and she will come crawling back and beg to be back with us. Whatever it is not my problem. She seems to think she knows what she is doing, but whatever she thinks. I am just going to cuddle with my sourwolf.

Erica's POV

            I was walking home, since Boyd was sick and could not drive me home. There was a breeze which was normal since it was the middle of September. It was always a nice walk all the trees and the people. They were always doing something, getting home from work, just now going to work, or just enjoying each other's company.

            I was walking minding my own business, and I bumped into someone on my way. It was Theo, ew.

            "What do you want Theo."

           "I was just wandering if you have seen Casey lately." 

           "Why does she concern you, but no, I have not seen her since last night when she left with Derek to go somewhere." 

           "Wait, why was she with Derek? Are they a thing or something?"

           "No, they are not. I could not stand that bitch dating my alpha."

            "Then why was she with Derek?"

This guy is really starting to get on my nerves. Is he that blind to realize she is a traitor? 

              "Because she is a traitor. Derek and her have been working together the whole time. She is a two faced bitch."

              "I am getting the impression that you don't like her and I don't believe you."

              "You are wrong, I actually hate. You should, because it's the truth."

           I did not have time for this, so I just walked off leaving him stunned. I really hope Casey knows how to convince someone that she is not a traitor, because that's exactly what she is going to have to do. I know I just messed up really bad, and I will pay for it later. Later is not right now tho. Besides, I don't even care what happens to the bitch of a sister. She was mean to my batman. 

Casey's POV

          I waited for Theo and the pack to show up. They finally did and Theo was giving me a death glare and I could not quite put my finger on why. I went to follow him to see if I could figure it out. I finally caught up to him and finally asked him why.

               "Why are you avoiding me? What did I do to you?"

               "So it turns out that you are a traitor. I mean, why did I not see it sooner? How could I have been so stupid?

                "I am not what makes you think that. I hate the Hale pack. None of them treated me like an actual human being."

                  "Erica is the one who told me. She seemed very convincing."

                   "That bitch has had it out for me the whole time"

                   "Really? I believe you. It makes a little more sense now."
