You noticed his eyes slowly regaining their light, and you sighed softly in relief.
"(Y-your name), I though you were dead, I thought I'd never see you again" Kaneki whispered.
"I'm right here, I'll always be right here" you said to him while running your fingers through his hair.
"I love you" he said to you," but I'm sorry, I have to kill him, he almost hurt you and that's not excusable"
"Trust me, I know that the world would be a better place without this prick here ( I'm lying, don't you dare die, the world would rot without your sexyness), but think of the consequences that killing him will bring, kaede will be traumatized by watching him die, it'll be on your conscience all the time, all of aoigiri tree will come looking for us, just please calm down." You said sternly, not backing down from your opinion in the slightest
"But that asshole kidnapped you!" Kaneki tried to reason
"You kidnapped me too!" You said back to him with a soft glare.
Kaneki sighed and kissed your check before looking to Tsukiyama a nodding.
Tsukiyama in turn grabbed Ayato roughly by his collar and jumped off of the building leaving you Kaneki and Kaede in silence.
And for once it wasn't a suspenseful one, but a peaceful one.
