Unknown POV

There is this large family in one of the rooms. Five girls, five boys, and their two parents. They're visiting their sister I think. One of them is extremely gorgeous. She's absolutely beautiful. She looks about my age, which is 20. Maybe I should talk to her. Nah, visitors don't talk to hospital interns. But, gahhh! This is so complicated! I wish life was like back then, much simpler than it is now.

FLASHBACK:

She threw her head back laughing. The most perfect girl in the whole entire world. I was 13 and my girlfriend was named Tori. She had long, shining light brown hair, big brown orbs, long eyelashes, high cheekbones, everything a guy could as for.

"Tori, you're perfect. We're perfect." I told her holding her an arm's distance away from me. She poked my right dimple.

"No, you're the best. Uh, I love you." she replied gazing into my hazel eyes. That was it. She was flawless. The rain started pouring down on us. We both leaned to the right and our eyes gradually closed. Soon I felt her lips on mine, my body erupting into fireworks. I placed my arms on her back and pulled her closer. I fell back on the wet grass from the pressure, and we just laid there, her on top of me. We came up for a breath, then I crashed my lips on hers again. It just felt, so right. Her tongue touched my bottom lip, asking for an entrance. I granted her request and we started making out, but not taking it farther than kissing. We finally pulled away, rain glistening on our cheeks. I noticed she was shivering so I quietly slipped off my jacket and helped her stand up. I wrapped my jacket around her shoulders and hugged her, my face nestling the nape of the back of her neck. Then, I said something I never should have said.

"I love you too, forever and always." with that I picked her up bridal style and carried her back into my house through the back door. Tori stole my first kiss, and from then on till now, she was my last.

END OF FLASHBACK

A week after that incident, I found her kissing another guy at school. I was torn. We were young, and didn't know what love meant. From then on out, I've never liked a girl, or laid eyes on a girl until now. This girl that was visiting her sister was just, amazing.

The scurrying of footsteps snapped me out of my thoughts. It was her and her two youngest brothers. She shot me an apologetic glance as she and her siblings ran past. The song "Everything Has Changed" by Taylor Swift Feat. Ed Sheeran played through my mind. It was always playing on the radio. This particular part stood out for me the most.

"I just wanna know you, know you, know you better now." that's what I wanted to do with that girl. To get to know her better. And boy, once I, Jake Johnson wants something, he'll get it.

Skip to 1 hour later

Lisa's POV

Katherine, Nick, and Joey are packing up clothes, toiletries, all those necessities for us to leave. I am trying to find a place to stay, and the only place I could think of was Kath's friend Skylar's house. We are desperate, so I call him up.

"Uh, Lisa? Hi." he picks up the phone.

"Hey Ski. Listen, Kath, Nick, Joey, and I need a place to stay for a bit. Can we crash at your place?"

"Uh sure. But why?"

"We'll explain when we arrive. We're in a rush. We'll be there in a little bit." I answer.

"Okay, but as long as you're aren't staying here for too lo-" but I had already hung up.
