-Katherine's POV-

"Hey, Kath, wake up." A familiar voice, said above me.

I open my eyes, and Ski stood there, "Hey, Ski." I say, sitting up, "What's up?"

"It's almost noon, and none of your siblings are up. I think if you're planning on trying to get custody today, that you might want to wake them up and head out." Ski tells me.

I look down at my phone, and Ski was right. It was 11:42, "Thanks. I'll go get them up. Thanks so much for all your help, Ski." I tell her.

"Anything for you, you've helped me so much." She says, her hand instantly going to her bicep on her left arm.

A few years ago, I met Ski outside church. She looked a bit lonely, but a bit scary at the same time. I swallowed my fear, and went over to talk to her. She was a bit mean and scary at first, and I found out that she did drugs, had a few tattoos, and hung it with the wrong crowd.

We became friends pretty quickly, and my parents weren't happy about it. They never were with me; it seems everything I did ruin something they stood for. Slowly, but surely, I convinced Ski to stop smoking. After that, it was just one thing after another. She stopped doing drugs, she stopped partying, she stopped getting tattoos, until she started coming to church on a weekly basis.

She was going to get her tattoos removed, but decided against it and has become a changed person ever since I met her. I tried to explain this to my parents, but they still see Ski as the rebellious little "slut" as they called her-in private, they'd never say that in public.

I stand up from the couch, and go over to Ski's guest rooms, to wake up the kids.

. I woke up Lisa and Amy first, and they both were easily woken up. I went into the other room where Dani was with the boys. They'd be a bit harder to wake up.

It took five minutes-on each of them-but I finally got all of them up. The house was a bit hectic, Ski and I making breakfast. Kids going in and out of bathrooms, banging on doors needing something, and changing, running around trying to find clothes that matched for the day.

Finally, at 12:27 we were ready to go. "Is everyone good?" I asked, standing at the door.

They all looked at each other, "Yep." They chorus, and we head out to the car.

Today we'd hopefully get custody and not have to see Christina or our parents again.

-Lynn (Cimorelli's Mom's) POV-

"I can't believe they're gone!" I gush to Christina and my husband at the table that day. "When their sister's in the hospital!"

"Heh, yeah." Christina says, looking down at her plate, her stomach turning.

Christina knew it was her fault that most of them left. Her parents however did not, and she didn't want them to know.

"So, how are we going to get them back?" Mike asks.

I look at him, "We can only get Dani, Nick, Christian, and Joey back. Katherine, Lisa, and Amy are legal adults and could leave if they want to." I tell him.

He groans, and rests his head in his hands. "How could they just leave us? At such a stressful, time too!"

Finally, Christina couldn't handle it anymore, "It was me!" She exclaims, and quickly covers her mouth, shocked at herself.

"What? It couldn't have been your fault, Chris. We all yelled at Kath-and they all left." Mike tells her.

Christina's face flushes, "You don't understand. It was my fault Amy, Lisa, and Dani left! I told Katherine that she wasn't my sister-and it all just exploded! Lisa yelled at us, and left. Then Dani did the same. And finally when it was just me and Amy we fought and Amy left too. I said stuff like we didn't need Katherine, and that the rest of them could leave the band, too-I told them we only needed Lisa, and they all left! This is my entire fault!" Christina exclaims, hiding her face in her hand.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door, and we all stop. "Who could that be?" Christina asks, before remembering her phone call, and got up rushing to the door.

She opens it and grins, they were here.

-Katherine's Pov-

"Are you all ready?" I ask, looking at the court house, holding Joey's hand, much to his protest.

"Uh... yeah." Dani says, a bit scared.

We were going to get full custody, and our lives would be better.

We enter the court house, and I walk over to the lady, "Excuse me?" I say.

She looks up, "Hello, dear. Are you guys lost? How can I help you?"

"No, we're not lost. We need to get custody of these four." I say, pointing to Dani, Joey, Nick, and Christian.

"And why would that be?" She said, "How old are you? Where are their parents? Are you all related?"

"Our parents have disowned all of us. Our little sister was in the hospital, and it all exploded, and now we're homeless-basically. I'm 21, Lisa's 20, and Amy's 18. And yeah, we're all siblings." I answer.

"Ah, disownment. Gotcha, do you have a place to stay?" She asks.

"Yeah, we're staying with a family friend." I tell her.

She hands me a bunch of papers, "The paper work may take a bit, there's a room in there that you can go to and sit, talk, and fill these out." She says, pointing behind us.

"Alrighty." I say, and go into the room.

"We're gonna go get lunch, what do you want?" Lisa asks me, taking the keys.

"Anything's good. Hurry, though, okay?" I tell her, my stomach turning at all the paperwork and the fear that it may not work.

"Yeah, of course." She says, and walks off with everyone else.

I sit down and look at the paper work. There were four sheets just about information for the kids.

I start with Dani

Last name, first name, middle: Cimorelli, Danielle, Nicole

This may take a while.
