16- Ferris Wheel

Isabella's POV:

   Its been two years since Justin's been at jail. We've been very good on this period of time. Cassie recovered from her past with Justin and now is with a new guy named James, mom continues to be amazing as always, and Liv has been very good after the situation with her dad even though she still asks me a lot about him. Me? I'm fine. Of course it hurts the situation ended this way. But we couldn't do anything to prevent it. Circumstances change, circumstances aren't forever. Only the future is meant to be forever. Anyways, now we're getting ready to go to an amusement park here in our city. Liv is very excited, we never get to go outside because of my busy schedule studying and working. I decided to go on a little vacation and to do simple things with Liv. Like family days and stuff like that. We're going to the park with mom, Cassie and James. She seems to take James everywhere, they are so in love. They met at one of times Cassie went to her psychologist after the "Justin" situation.  James played such a big part on her recuperation, we owe that to her psychologist and James. Thanks James!

"Isabella! Liv! Are you guys ready? I'm hungry!" I heard Cassie screaming from dowstairs.

"We are coming! Just eat something" I said finishing Liv's braid.

"I don't want to eat anything until I get there! I want their delicious hot dogs!" Cassie screamed again. We could say, she has a thing for hot dogs, especially if they are from some amusement park.

"Well then, ok! Die of hunger!" I said laughing along with Liv. I straightened out her outfit. She looked reallly pretty in those new jeans I bought for her. She also wore a pink top with black hearts on it.

"There you go baby." I said and kissed her forehead.

"May I go downstairs mommy?" She said growing impatient.

"Of course! Let me finish." I said and she went downstairs with Cassie. I looked at my hair and it was a complete mess. I decided to put it up on a messy bun. Not that bad but still horrible, I decided to leave it like that. I took my stuff and went downstairs. Their was Cassie waiting impatiently with James, mom and Liv. She was glaring at me.

"Sorry guys! My hair just wasn't cooperating today." I said as we all walked towards the car.

"Of the hot dogs are sold out by the time we get there I swear I'm gonna kill you." Said Cassie getting on tje front seat with James. Cassie was gonna drive.

"Oh please auntie, I think you are making a big deal out of nothing. We can always have hot dogs at home." Said Ljv smiling.

"Oh baby, so innocent. You don't knoe whats the difference between the amusement park's hot dogs. They are just the best." Said Cassie and continued driving. We all laughed.

"Dear sister, you better leave that obsession with hot dogs behind." I said laughing.

"I will never!" She said laughing. Then James decided to talk.

"Never say never Cassie!" Said James and the whole car stopped the laughter. Justin was still a soft spot for all of us. Cassie got over him, but the he still reminded her of such a bad period on her life. James noticed ehat he said and covered his mouth on embarassment.

"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to bring him up baby." He said talking to Cassie.

"Don't worry. I'm over that." She said giving him a light smile. We continued the trip until we arrived. We went to check our bags and stuff and then started having fun at the amusement park. On the other hand, Cassie went to get her hot dog with James. I got left alone with Liv, we tried all the attractions. It was already noon and the sun hid behind the clouds. Cassie was still with James sonewhere. And mom, well she just dissapeared. Last time I saw her she was looking at all the gift shops of the park. The night was beautiful and dark, Liv and I were looking at the Ferris Wheel. It looked so beautiful from where we were looking at it. So shiny, so dreamy. Just like our expectations in life. I looked at Liv and she was staring in awe towards the attraction. She looked at me all happy.

"You want to get on that?" I said pointing towards the Ferris Wheel. She nodded her head eagerly. Wr made the line and got on the Ferris Wheel. It gave us such a beautiful sight of the city. When we were in the top, the Ferris Wheel stopped so we could enjoy the city view. I was starung so closely towards the city when Liv tapped my shoulder. I looked at her and smiled.

"What is it sweetie?" I said.

"Mom, I want to ask you something." She said with her big eyes staring at me.

"What's wrong princess?" I said ti her getting worried.

"When is dad coming back? I know he did some bad things to Auntie Cassie, but I just miss him you know?" my little girl said. I was in shock. I didnt know what to say. I didn't knew when her dad was going to be back, I didn't want him to he back. Everything was so simple without him causing trouble to us. But at the same time, he's Liv's fatherm and he had the right to see her. He hasn't seen her on these two years.

"Honestly, I don't know sweetie. But I know he must be home anytime soon. And, don't worry. He's your dad after all and you have to miss him somehow." I said to Liv, hoping that what I said about him getting home soon isn't true.

"I just hope its really soon mommy. I don't want to live without a dad again." Said Liv looking at me in the eyes. That really got to me. She needed her dad. But, her dad is in jail. What am I supposed to do?

"Don't worry baby, you will have your dad with you sooner than you think." I said, really knowing he had six years more to enjoy in jail. I just hope this doesn't affect Liv too much. The ride in the Ferris Wheel ended and we got off the ride. We all went home afterwards and I just thought about the situation with Liv's dad all the way home. Oh God help me!
