It was an early Tuesday morning and Camila and Lauren were at their usual spot waiting for their friends to arrive.

"You're serious right now?" Lauren asks in surprise.

"Yes Lauren,I've never kissed anyone. I know it sounds lame but I want it to be with someone special, someone I truly love." Camila says with a sigh

"Aw, that's cute! My first kiss was shit" Lauren responds rolling her eyes.

"Do tell" Camila says leaning against the tree.

"Well, It was freshman year, and I hadn't really come out as gay. I guess I was still kind of questioning, I don't really know i've always been attracted to girls tho-" Lauren was interrupted.

"Wait. You're gay?" Camila asks, the expression of slight shock on her face.

"Well yeah, I mean I guess so. I don't know for sure since i've never dated anyone of either sex, but since I mostly find girls attractive i'm gonna take a wild guess and say i'm a lesbian," Lauren laughs, "Why?"

"Oh no reason, it's just that i've seen the way some guys look at you and I don't know. I just assumed you were straight I guess." Camila fumbled around with her hands and looked down at her feet.

"Anywaaaays, I was in biology class and we got this partner assignment and I was assigned with this one girl. We went to her house the next day after school to work on the assignment and we were talking and she just kissed me. I didn't really feel anything, but I guess that I knew I was really a lesbian then. It was really awkward afterwards and I just told her I had to leave. We finished the project and I was set on never talking to her again, but she asked me out and I didn't like her that way so I kissed her and then said no. It was a dick move I know, but I just told her I wasn't ready to date yet."

"Wow! That's so fucked up Lauren! You kissed her and then rejected her!" Camila says with a small laugh.

"I know, and apparently she did feel something for me because she asked me out again in freshman year and when sophomore year started she said it was my ' last chance ' but I just kept saying no. She's really popular now since she made the cheer team and her and her friends hate me and shit cause I rejected her three times but I don't care." Lauren said.

"And was that the only person you've kissed?" Camila asks curiously.

"Oh no, I've kissed two guys, I guess to like kind of make sure I was really gay, they were literally total strangers. Last year, I had a really big crush on this girl, Lucy, but she was moving to Seattle so I thought ,Fuck it ima tell her how I feel, and so it was the last day of school and the last bell had just rung and we had seventh together, so I turn to her and i'm like ' Listen, i've had this really big crush on you practically all year and you're moving so I thought I should come clean ' and I kissed her. Apparently she felt the exact same way and was too shy to tell me how she felt, she wanted to try the whole ' Long Distance ' thing and promised to come visit, but it wouldn't have worked, we were just a little too late" Lauren sighed.

"Damn, that sucks, if only you had told her sooner" Camila says, an apologetic look on her face.

"It's whatever, it's in the past now" Lauren says passing her fingers through her hair.

A few minutes of awkward silence pass, and the rest of the girls finally get there minutes before the first bell rings. The girls all go to their first period class and say their goodbyes to each other.

The first five classes of the day go by pretty quickly and lunch time comes around before the girls know it.

"Ugh," Normani groans, "Don't look now but three wicked snakes come our way."
