Day 1: Loren

My phone rings. The caller is my bestie, Ariel.

'Hello there!' I say into my phone.

'Hey gal how ya doing?' Ariel replies.

I smile. 'I'm great!, thanks you?'

She pauses, and I immediately know something's wrong.

'Uhh... Well...' She stutters.

'What?!' I snap.

I didn't mean for it to turn out like that. I'm just getting very excited but nervous at the same time.

Whatever Ariel had to say, it better be good.

I've had enough about the musical.ly drama lately.

'So I just went on your musical.ly profile lately and... Eh...' Ariel Starts.

'Uh huh'

'Lets just say... You know what's happening with musical.ly lately right?'

I pop in some gum in my mouth and blow a bubble. 'Yeah, yeah' I chew. 'My family's already suing them.'

Then a sigh comes from Ariel.

'Apparently, they took it to heart and... Your-'

I roll my eyes and interrupt her. 'Child can you get on with it?!'

What did she say?

'Repeat!' I command.

'I SAID YOUR CROWN IS GONE!' Ariel shouts, hurting my ears.

What?! No!! I open my iPad, go on musical.ly and realise she is correct. ALL MY HARD WORK!

MY PARENTS, FAMILY EVEN- SUED THEM! And this is the response.

'Shoot!' I say.

Then the feelings got to me. I start to sob.

Why?! WHY ME?!

'Whoever's behind this.' I gulp. 'Will pay.'

I understand my friend is sad for me. Ariel stays quiet.

'Hey, Loren. After they fix this up, you'll have your crown back, and double the amount of followers and features.' She try's cheering me up.

It's not working. Not now.

But that wasn't all she had to say.

After a moment silence, she murmurs.

'Come to my house- quick.'
'There's something I want to discuss.'
