As quickly as the first one had come, a second joined it, moving with a dark grace designed to scare anyone to death. Soon enough, a third dementor was there. One dementor for each of the champions. In the crowd it was, quite hard to see any details about what was happening, but it was fairly easy to see general positioning or the champions and dementors against the white-grey sky. And spells were easily visible too.

The champions were high up in the sky; it was much colder up 150ft from the ground. Their hands were cold and their wings felt numb from flying, suddenly, out of the grey in the clouds, a dementor appeared. Each of the champions reflexively reached for their wands and held them out towards the dementor. Before any of them, could utter a spell, and second dementor came out, shocking the champions, this one was quickly followed by another. The champions flew away from them, but it didn't stop the terrible, heart-wrenching feeling. None the less, it was clear what the task was: they had to fight the dementor.
Albus skilfully moved himself in a position of power against the dementor. He was around 10 metres away and directly in front of it, which meant that it would be as easy as possible to direct spells towards it. He quickly said "Expecto Patronam!" and a white stag burst out of his wand and immediately darted towards the dementor. The dementor, in its strange and scary way, moved out of the way. The stag chased the dementor around, the stag being obviously faster, yet the dementor cleverly staying out of its way.
'What's happening?' thought Albus.
'I'm sorry, Albus'
'What?' Albus thought-asked.
'Goodbye.'

Louis had tried 'Expecto Patronam', but it wouldn't work, his Patronus wasn't able to repel the dementor, and hardly anything else seemed to work against it. Louis struggled for a while, not being able to think about anything besides sad things. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he remembered chocolate. "Accio chocolate," he said, pointing his wand vaguely in the direction of the school. A piece of chocolate quickly darted towards him and he quickly caught it and ate it. He felt better. The only he could really think of doing was killing it. And he didn't know how to kill a dementor, but 'Avada kedavra' seemed like a better option than none. The dementor was pushed back by the green force that seemed to have a grip on it and was pushing it back. Its ripped cloak trailing in front of it as it was pushed back.
In the midst of this, Louis had forgotten about his aching wings, and the further the dementor got, the more aware he was of his wings, they almost seemed to work themselves whilst rapidly taking away his energy. Suddenly, Louis found himself enveloped in a cold trance, his wings and fingers felt frozen and he was struggling to breathe. He was dimly aware of the icy hard figure bump into him gently from behind.

Albus was pushing away his dementor, but it seemed fixed on coming at him. All the spells he'd learnt seemed of no use now, everything seemed useless. He wished he'd been better, better for his master - who had now deserted him when he needed his master most.
