Chapter 8

Tao's POV:

"Huh, I guess I should start from the beginning." I said. " Come let us go to my room to get comfortable."

We headed to my room and sat down.

"Ok, so it all started four years ago." I said. " My parents had put me in a hole that was in the side of a big rock and ran off. I cried for a while wondering why they did it, but hunger was get to me, so I left the rock to see if I could find a village. I travelled until I found the Valley of Peace. There is where I met Shifu. He asked me where my parents were and I told him what happened and he brought me here. That is when I met Tai Lung. Tai Lung showed me around and we got to know each other. Through out the three years I have known him we became brothers, we were inseparable. You see, Shifu raised him as a son. Shifu had trained him and filled his brain with dreams of becoming the Dragon Warrior, but Master Ooogway denied him the title for he saw darkness in Tai Lung's heart."

"What happened after Tai Lung was denied?" asked Tigress.

"He went mad. He was no longer the Tai Lung I grew to know and love. He was no longer my brother. He destroyed the valley and once he was finished there he went to the Great Hall of Heroes for the Dragon Scroll, but Master Ooogway, Shifu and I were standing in the way. He lunged and Shifu went to attack, but he hesitated to destroy what he had created. Tai Lung lunged again, but then I struck him knocking him back twenty feet. You see, the three years I have been here, I finished all one thousand scrolls, beating Tai Lung to the punch. I even challenged him to a sparring match and won. Anyway, I didn't want to fight Tai Lung, but I knew I had to and in the end I did the five finger paralyzation points and had him sent to Chorm Gon Prison." I said.

"Wow." Tigress said.

"Yes, and then a month after that Shifu headed for the Bao Gu Orphanage and here you are." I said.

"So you can easily defeat Shifu if you were to spar him?" she asked.

"Hahaha, yes. I would be able to do that. So what do you say I train you until Shifu realizes his mistake?" I asked.

"Yes! You are the best friend ever Tao!" exclaimed Tigress.

I just smile, knowing everything is going to get better with Tigress here.
