Chapter 7

*One Month After Tigress Arrived*

Tigress's POV:

I still can't believe I was given such a home as this one. It has been a month since I came here and I have been training in kung fu ever since I asked Shifu to train me. The only thing is when he trains me it is like I am doing everything wrong. Every time I do something and I feel proud of myself for it, Shifu always seems to think it wasn't good enough.

Tao's POV:

It has been a month and I have been watching Tigress train. She has been doing good, but Shifu keeps shutting her down, which is over.

When she did some pretty nice moves and knocked the dummy to the wall she smiled and looked back hoping that Shifu would approve, but he only walked by and "corrected" her stance.

"Ok! That is it!" I yelled.

Shifu and Tigress looked at me, surprised to hear me outburst.

"What is it Tao?" Shifu asked.

"What is it?! What is it?! It is you Shifu. You keep knocking her down when she feels up. Every time she does something good, you make her feel that it was not good enough. Shifu she is not Tai Lung." I exclaimed.

"You would speak to your master that way?!" Shifu exclaimed.

"You are NOT my master! You don't deserve me calling you such. You never taught me. You were too busy corrupting Tai Lung to even notice me! Master Ooogway is my master. He didn't ignore me like I wasn't there. He made sure to let me know I was cared for." I exclaimed.

Shifu looked at me shocked at what I exclaimed.

"I knew you were there!" he said.

"You sure as hell didn't show it!" I replied.

I looked to Tigress and saw she was looking at me with tears in her eyes. I sighed.

"Come here Tigress." I said, going up to her and hugging her.

I looked to Shifu.

"I don't see you fit to teach Tigress. I will take her training from here until you figure out that she is not Tai Lung. That she will not turn out like him." I said. "I believe you should dismiss yourself now and get out of my sight."

With that Shifu looked down and back at me and left.

"Are you okay?" I asked Tigress.

"Yes. But was that true. Did he really ignore you? And who is Tai Lung?" she asked.

"Huh, I guess I should start from the beginning."
