Running a hand through her hair, Kristen lets out a deep breath as she looks at the empty suitcase in front of her. She claps her hands once and then walks over to her closet where she pulls out the first three t-shirts and pairs of jeans she sees, and throws them in her suitcase.

Walking into her bathroom, she packs her toiletries and throws the bag in her suitcase as well. Then she goes back to her closet to find some underwear and clothes to sleep in. She grabs Rob's Irie t-shirt (which she still hasn't given back) and a pair of sweat pants.

She grabs three sets of underwear, trying not to dwell too much on the thought whether Rob is going to see them or not, and puts them in her suitcase along with the Irie t-shirt and sweats.

Looking down at her luggage, she notices that all she's packed is short-sleeved shirts and goes back to her closet yet again to find some warmer clothes.

Kristen the sweaters Rob bought her in New York and a pair of fuzzy socks, but no gloves. She then remembers the pair of Union Jack mittens Rob once bought her, which she found on the 1st of December, and walks over to the box in the corner of her room, containing all of her Christmas stuff. The mittens are right at the top, and she can't help but smile when she sees them, reminded of that Christmas.

Kristen finds her winter jacket and puts it in her suitcase along with the gloves. Then she takes all the gifts (she managed to get out and buy some for Rob's sisters and parents yesterday) as well as a book and her headphones for the flight. When she's sure she's got everything, she zips her suitcase and lets out a deep breath. Looking at her phone to check the time, she sees that it's a little past 11 pm; one hour till her flight.

Grabbing her suitcase, Kristen picks it up from her bed and goes down to the living room. She finds her keys, turns off all the lights and goes out in her car.

When she reaches LAX, the first thing she does is to buy a coffee at Starbucks, wanting to at least get through security awake. As she goes through the routines at the airport the way she's done it a thousand times before a flight, half of her mind is thinking about sleep and the other half about Rob. Kristen feels her phone ringing in her pocket and she pulls it out, the words "speak of the devil" going through her head when she sees that it's Rob.

"Hey you," Kristen greets him, her voice half tired, half in love.

"Hi yourself," he whispers, taking a sip of a beverage. "How are you?"

"I'm a little tired, but I am so fucking excited. Seriously, if the shitheads were here now, there'd never be one single "Kristen Stewart doesn't smile" comment ever again. I'm smiling like a complete idiot, babe, and I'm afraid this grin might never come off. My face is hurting, for fuck's sake!"

Rob chuckles at her. "Yeah? Well, there haven't been many seconds where I haven't smiled either. My mum started to think something was wrong with me."

"Well there is something wrong with you, since you're in love with me," Kristen says teasingly.

"Something wrong with me, pffft! Only a fool wouldn't fall in love with you, baby. I'm just glad I'm the only one, so I get you all to myself."

Kristen rolls her eyes at him and bites her lip. "You should get an award or something."

"You think so?" Rob asks, knowing that she's being sarcastic.

"Oh yeah! An award for like the cheesiest motherfucking bastard in the entire world."

Rob can't help it, he laughs. Kristen laughs with him, feeling giddy.

"I love you," she says, sighing, when they've stopped laughing.

"Who's being cheesy now?," Rob comments, a smirk on his lips as he takes a sip of his tea.

"Shut up," Kristen mumbles and rolls her eyes at him once again. Although he can't see her, he can feel her eye roll.

"I love you too, Kris. Just ten more hours and you'll be in my arms again. Do you want me to pick you up at the airport, by the way?"

"No, it's fine, I'll just take a cab. Wouldn't want the dicks to have more to write about than they already have."

"Right. I guess I'll see you, well, what's tomorrow for you and later today for me. Have a nice flight, love, and try to get some sleep."

Kristen yawns by the mentioning of sleep. "I will. Bye, Rob, I love you."

"Bye, baby. I love you too."

And then they hang up.

Kristen boards the plane and finds her seat. Turning off her phone, she closes her eyes with a smile on her face and lets dreams about Rob fill her head.
