he was sitting in-front of his desk, fiona next to him.
he had finally finished the very last letter.
each one was personalised and hand written because they meant something to him.
in total, he had twenty-two letters to mail. twenty-two people he had hurt. twenty-two people who didn't deserve what they had gotten.
he was nervous.
the rest of the day was spent dropping the letters into mailboxes and through mail slots on doors. his heart was racing.
he would get all his reactions tomorrow.
fiona patted his back and they waked back home.
