Secret Below The Surface

Chapter 5

Rin and Haru have been talking to each other for about 3 months now and things are going great. But someone not so secret is on to Haru, wonder who.

♢ Person who is onto Haru P.O.V. ♢

Log number 15: Haru and Rin have been meeting each other a lot in their special spot. There's something about Haru that seems off, but I can't put my finger on it. I will find out what's up with him but I can't tell Rin or anybody for that matter.

● Rin's P.O.V. ●
"I really like you, Haru." It's true I really, really like him. Haru has made nice company when I need it. I feel like I've known him my whole life.

"Thanks. Rin, I don't know if we can keep meeting everyday." And with that my heart is breaking. It's fine, I'm not hurt *sobs internally*. "Why?" I ask looking away so he doesn't see my eyes water up.

"Rin, look at me." I turn my head to look at him. "I just can't come everyday okay? How about we meet here every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday?" That sounds okay, at least I'll still get to see him.

"Yea, yea that works. Same time though?" Haru nods and stands up getting ready to leave. "Oh, and Rin, I really like you too." He walks off.

I get up and start walking back to the dorms when I bump in to Kou. "Hey, Kou. What are you doing all the way out here? Don't you have homework?" Kou is my little sister who goes to school at Iwatobi, they slam down on studies and athletics.

"I came to check up on you. How are you doing? I heard you made a new friend Haru what's he like?" I tell her all about Haru. "Sounds like you two have a thing for each other, I ship it. OTP." After a little more talking she decides to leave me with nothing but my thoughts.

I make it to my dorm and walk in to see Sousuke trying to ignore the arguing couple. "NITORI, MOMO we can all feel the sexual tension so go back to your dorm and do it already." With that they're both embarrassed and leave.

"Why do you keep letting them in?" I ask Sousuke. He just shrugs and I get ready for bed. Haru, there's something different about you.
