3rd person POV
He was glad the FBI hadn't stopped to question him. He wasn't sure what they were there for but he knew that normally suspicious people got questioned for their behavior so he tried his best to act natural.
He drove by the last girl's resting place and saw that there was already police tape surrounding the area. He took a detour then to his little peace of heaven. He hadn't really planned on where to dump her since it was a last minute sort of deal it.
"Reese Darling, how are you feeling?" He called out when he opened the door. When no response came he actually turned and looked to see Reese slumped over, vomit around her feet. Reese's red hair was in knots around her shoulders and her skin was translucent. Only then had he realized how horrible he'd been treating her.
He rushed over and untied her, carrying her to the bedroom. He made sure she was clean before rushing out to get some Ramen and Gatorade. And his IV for her to feed her at first.
It only took ten minutes after putting the IV in did she wake up. He had to put the IV back in his SUV but then he checked on her.
He fed her and when he was going to untie her to put her back in her freshly washed chair she looked up at him. Her eyes so sad.
"Can't I stay in here? Just until we move?"
He couldn't say no.

Reese's POV
I didn't know what came over me but when I woke up I was tied to the bed. I thought he was trying to do stage two. But instead an IV was running through my arm, pumping stuff in. He mumbled something about a door and how I couldn't know about it. So I pretended like I was asleep still.
He took the IV out and opened a door. I took note of which door it was for an escape after he left.
He was untying my hands when I looked up at him and asked, "Can I stay here? Just until we move?"
His hands let go of the loose knot.
"Of course Reese Darling. I want you to feel better when we move."
I nodded my head and tried to look innocent. He left and I heard his vehicle leave. I waited for a few minutes to make sure that he had completely left before I started to wiggle my wrist around.
The knot came free and I went for my right wrist. It took longer than I expected since I was right hand dominant and I couldn't see the knot. My ankles were fairly easy to get undone. I shuffled in the closet to find not so flashy clothes that he liked for stage two. I found a nice pair of shorts, socks, and sweatshirt. An odd choice for summer. If it was still summer.
I went out the door, holding onto the walls. The only buildings around were old businesses that didn't run anymore.
The street sign said West Cobler. If I headed to the right I should've been able to get to some houses and people who would help me. And if they didn't I could always keep going and get to downtown.
As I walked I saw a car and I kept walking, the hood up covering my face. The big, black SUV stopped and a scrawny person stepped out.
"Hello, I have a few questions for you. Have you seen anything suspicious?" It was Spencer's voice.
I looked up and confirmed my suspicion. It was too much for me. I fell to the ground. He came closer.
"Sexy," I said before I passed out.

Spencer's POV
Garcia had found a Raymond Gump, who went by Ray. She gave us addresses for all of his homes and warehouses. We had split up to cover all of Ray's buildings, which consisted of roughly 16. One was for sale so that's why it became a roughly.
JJ and I were partnered to go check out the Cobler warehouses. The streets were completely empty. Except for one person, hoodie and shorts, who limped around.
"JJ stop for a second. I want to see if this person has seen anything or heard anything. Maybe there's a homeless camp nearby."
"Good thinking Spence."
I stepped out and started walking towards the person. I asked them if they had seen anything suspicious. The person smelled surprisingly clean.
Suddenly the person dropped to the ground. "Sexy," she said.
"Reese?" I went to her side.
Reese's eyes fluttered close which is when I noticed her condition. Her face was in rough shape, bruised all around. She would hate me analyzing her condition.
I pulled out my phone.
"911 what's your emergency?"
"Ambulance out on West Cobler and Dessert Avenue. Come quickly."
"May I ask who this is?"
"Spencer Reid with the BAU. A victim of the recent string of murders is out. Send an ambulance as soon as you can."
JJ stepped out of the car. "Spence what's going on?"
"It's Reese."
