   It was Monday morning and normani had an early class. Lauren didn't have any classes until the afternoon so she was still in bed normani accidentally woke her up as she was getting ready.

"Babe?" Lauren asked groggily as she turned towards normani who was getting dressed

"Hey baby i'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you up" normani said walking over towards lauren kissing her on the cheek

"It's fine, hey do you want me to walk you to class?" lauren asked

"If you want to you can" normani said shrugging silently hoping that she would

Lauren threw the comfoter off of her and jumped out of bed grabbing a pair of sweats a tank top throwing it on before going into the bathroom to brush her teeth.

"Ready?" lauren asked normani as she came out of the bathroom

"Yes" normani replied chuckling

"You know you could've stayed in bed and went back to sleep right" normani said smiling at lauren who let out a yawn as they were on their way to normani's class

"I know babe but I wanted to walk you to your class" lauren replied intertwining her fingers with normani's

Normani looked down at their intertwined hands and instantly smiled at her adorable girlfriend

"You're so sweet baby I have the best girlfriend ever I love you!" normani said

I love you more baby" lauren replied giving normani a soft kiss as they reached the door of her classroom

"Get a room" Dinah playfully said as she walked by the couple laughing

"Shut up" normani replied giggling as she pulled away slowly. Lauren was still in a trance standing there slowly opening her eyes licking her lips savoring the taste of normani's lips

"I'll see you after class baby" normani said smiling

"Ok see you baby" lauren replied and once normani was inside the classroom Lauren headed back to her apartment until she ran into a familiar face

"Lo what's up" a deep male voice asks and she turns to a very familiar face

"Tommy what's up where you headed?" lauren said

"Lit" he responded

"Oh I just dropped mani off" Lauren replied

"Oh really I didn't know she took this class" he said smirking

"Yup well I'll let you get to class I don't wanna hold you up so I'll talk to you later" lauren said looking at him suspiciously

They both turned in the directions they were going and continued to their locations

Normani was taking her notebook out as the teacher was setting up to give the notes when tommy walked through the door and normani instantly spotted him and tensed up. He spotted the brown eyed girl and noticed there was an empty seat beside her and sat down in it.

"Hey babe long time no see" he said smirking

"I'm not your fucking babe!" normani whisper yelled

"You gonna always be my babe" he smirked and then winked

Normani scoffed rolling her eyes grabbing her things and heading towards the door she would get the notes from ally later she just couldn't stand being in the same room as him.
She went straight to the library after she walked out of class she went there to study until the next class started but she wasn't able to get any studying done her eyes were full of tears she could barely see. After the class was over normani went back the apartment she had about 30 minutes left before she had to go to her next class. Normani walked into the apartment and she quietly closed the door trying not to wake lauren back up but to her surprise the green eyed girl was already up. She couldn't go back to sleep so she just sat up with her back against the headboard typing away on her laptop finishing up a few assignments. Even though normani tried her best to quietly shut the door Lauren still heard it and got up to see who was coming in.

"Hi baby" Lauren spoke a bit confused because she just walked normani to her class not too long ago

"I thought- Lauren began but immediately stopped as she noticed normani's puffy red eyes and instantly frowned gently grabbing normani pulling her in by her waist wrapping her arms around the brown skin girl

"Hey baby, what happened" Lauren asked softly as she gently pulled normani over to the couch and they sat down.

"I ran into my ex" normani sighed

Lauren nodded waiting for normani to continue but that was all she said

"Okay.." Lauren replied in a questioning manner still not understanding why her ex brought her to tears like this but she did know that it broke her heart to see her this broken over someone who obviously didn't deserve her in the first place. It pissed lauren off completely

"Please tell me he didn't touch you or disrespect you in any type of way" Lauren said through gritted teeth

Whenever it came to normani Lauren didn't play at all, normani was her heart, her kidney, her baby, the love of her life so if anybody ever disrespected her in any way or mistreated her Lauren was definitely ready to whoop somebody's ass at any given time. She would kill anyone for that girl

"No" normani replied quietly

"So then what happened baby?" Lauren asked softly rubbing normani's thigh

"He's just so fucking creepy and annoying and I hate him" normani said

"Ok come on let's take a quick little nap before we go to our next class?" Lauren suggested

Normani nodded before Lauren got up and led the two back to her room after she crawled in the bed normani crawled in after her and snuggled herself against Lauren snuggling her face into the green eyed girls neck as Lauren wrapped her arms around normani. Normani was beginning to doze off when she heard quiet little giggles coming from above her

"What" normani asked almost in a whisper

"Your breath" Lauren said giggling

"Fuck you Lauren" normani gasped and moved out of Lauren's hold pouting

"Baby wait, no that's not what I meant" Lauren said trying to pull normani back into her arms

"Mhm whatever" normani said rolling her eyes

Lauren couldn't help but smile at her girlfriend's little attitude

"I meant your breath was tickling my neck you know im ticklish, baby you always keep your breath minty fresh it's actually one of my favorite things about you. There's never been a day where I've had to hold my breath talking to you or kissing you it's always so fresh" Lauren said before rubbing her nose against normani's lips causing the brown girl to giggle then taking them into her own.

"You're such a dork" normani said

"But you love me" Lauren said pouting slightly

"Yeah I do" normani responded grabbing the Latinas face kissing her gently

"I love you too" Lauren replied smiling from ear to ear.
