"Dammit Cas, I told you to watch him!" Dean yelled.

"I was watching him until I was swarmed with demons!" Cas yelled back while helping Dean drag an unconscious Sam back to the Impala. Dean opened the door and Cas climbed in, dragging Sam in behind him. Dean slammed the door shut, quickly opened the driver side door while digging out his keys, got in and quickly sped off
down the road leading away from the burning barn.

"Dammit Cas," Dean cursed to himself. " Can't you use your angel "mojo" and fix him?"

"This is an extensive wound, Dean. I don't have enough energy to heal him. But I might be able to make the bleeding lessen or maybe even stop it," Cas replied while hovering his hand over the giant gash running along Sam's whole abdomen. After a few moments, a blinding white light came from the back seat. A few seconds later the light dimmed down to darkness again.

"So?" Dean quizzed impatiently, frantically glancing from the road to the rearview mirror and back.

"Dean, he'll still need to go to the hospital. But I was able to make the bleeding stop for now," Cas replied, trying to sound reassuring for Dean's sake.

Dean sped up when he saw the small lit up town that they were staying at for this week's hunt. As soon as they were in town, Dean began frantically driving towards the hospital. Five minutes later they were in front of the small building. Dean quickly but fluidly shut off the engine, got out and opened the back door to drag out Sam as if he had done this so many other times. Cas crawled out after Sam was pulled out, shut the door, and quickly shouldered the other half of Sam's weight. Ungracefully, they drag Sam into the hospital. Dean and Cas' noses were instantly assaulted by the strong aroma of bleach and other sterilization products.

"Help us!" Cas yelled when they got into the building. Nurses surrounded them instantly and helped them get Sam onto a gurney and rushed away. The other nurses and Cas forced Dean to let go of Sam and stay behind. While he waited he had to fill out useless papers. Dean had paced the waiting room for two hours before a nurse came out to tell him the news.
