Amelia just stared at me. I tried avoiding her stare but every time I glance back it was like she'll punch me if I'll look away.
"You're in my house." She said as she kept her blank stare. "After annoying the hell out of me, you ask that now?" She shook her head as she stood up. "You're very intriguing. Heath." She turned to me. "In a weird way. Now get up." She helps me up. "You have to rest. School's starting in five days. You need to heal as soon as possible so you won't be delayed in any classes." She said as we walked back to the bed while supporting me.
"Right..." I sighed after I've finally sat on the bed. "Classes..." I mumbled gloomily as I tucked myself in the bed with Amelia's help, again. A brochure fell on my lap, making me look up at Amelia.
"This is the brochure of the school. It has a map around the campus and basic facts about the school. They don't have any information in the internet." She explained. "Well, I'm off to work."
"To the library?" I rose a brow at her.
"Yes. What's wrong with that?" She said with a joking, offended smile.
"Nothing." I smiled.
"Okay then. If you're hungry there's food downstairs in the fridge. Just heat it up or anything. I won't be back until midnight." She said before walking towards the door but she stops and turns around. "And don't let anyone in unless you know them. Okay?"
"Sure. Bye." I said as I waved at her and she did so too then left. I heard her footsteps quieting down the stairs and then a door slamming, meaning she's already out. I looked down on my lap and started scanning the brochure.
"Silvestri International Academy." I read out loud to myself. I unfolded the brochure three times, lengthwise, and then once crosswise and finally had a view of the school map. Now this is a big campus. My eyes trailed to the center and saw the fountain we passed by earlier. It was the center of the whole campus. The campus which is pretty much surrounded by trees and had small forest groves spreading inside.
The four paths that were connected at the fountain were lateral to each other. They were named by directions, the Southern path that lead outside, the Northern path that lead to the North building. It's just literally North building. The Western path had labels of the infirmary and the field. And finally, the Eastern path led to the buildings of every year level with their own infirmary. Just above the school buildings were the dorms, a few trees away from the Northern building. I wonder where the hell is Amelia's house located?
I scooted to the edge of the bed near the window to look at the place's surrounding.
"Woah..." Trees. And more trees. And more. And more. And more. "Where the hell is thi—" I screamed when the door outside slammed loudly as stomping footsteps walked towards my direction.
"Oh no... the werewolves?" I jumped when the door slammed open and showed Blake. I sighed in relief then glared at him. "You almost gave me a heart attack!" But it seemed like he was more relieved than me as he breathed out and leaned his back on the door closing it. His hands dropped to his knees as he tried to catch his breath.
"You okay?" I asked as I slowly scooted again to the other side of the bed and throw off the blanket away from me. My feet barely touched the floor when he spoke.
"Don't move." His eyes shifted to mine and then he slowly fixes himself up. Giving me a nice view of his broad chest and sexy absssolutely no! What the hell am I doing?! I hurriedly moved my gaze to anywhere but him as I stayed sitting on the bed.
He started walking towards me then finally stopped a few feet from me.
"Move." He said in his deep, low voice which made me stare at him in awe. "Move!" He repeats, snapping me out of my trance as I hurriedly scooted to the side.
"S-sorry! I-I'll move right away..." I stuttered as I scooted to the edge of the bed. Again. My eyes nearly popped out of their sockets when I caught him slipping under the blanket. "Wait a minute!" He stops midway and stares at me with 'why' obvious on his face. "What're you doing?" He stares at me confusingly.
"I'm going to sleep." He simply said then continued to move on the bed.
"Wait, wait wait!" I held my hand out for him to stop but when he did stop, he was already comfortable on the bed. "This..." I gestured to us and the bed. "...is not happening." When he just stared at me, I continued. "I'm a man!" He just stared at me again making me roll my eyes. "We are both men, and this just doesn't work." My hands were all over the place. "We barely know each other, and I'm a man. Hell, I know if you're even gay! But it's fine by me since you're hot and I am gay. Although considering the fact that you who may be straight, is laying on one bed with a man you barely know. But my point is, two men, who barely know each other, in one bed does not work." I pointed at me again trying to make him reach my point.
But I really don't mind lying with him though. He is hot. But lying down with him is so not good for my mentality. But—again—after my whole speech, he just rolled his eyes and turned to leave.
"Finally!" I exclaimed in victory until he stopped. He just literally turned around and faced his back on me. I glared at his back then groaned in frustration. "Fine! Whatever!" I grunted as I hit my head on the pillow – on my side – facing the other way too.
I shut my eyes in anger and forced myself to sleep.
