After thirteen and a half hours of butt numbing, eating and sleeping. The plane has finally landed! The passengers got off the plane and so did I. I waited for my bags by that... thing. I don't know what it's called, I keep on forgetting.

Getting all my bags in a push cart wasn't that hard, since--not that I'm bragging--my arms were used to carrying heavy stuff and pretty much have these slight bumps and curves or as the humane tribe would like to call it, muscles. I may look scrawny with my clothes on but hey, as I said earlier. I have a hot figure. I'm not all skin and bones.

I walked towards the exit and got out before a woman called out to me. "Mr. Heathcliff Cahill?" I winced at hearing my full name. I've never liked the cliff in Heathcliff. Heath was cool as a nickname--it's like Heath Ledger--but Heathcliff made it worse. It made me feel old. Too old.

I turned to the woman whose blonde hairwas tied up in a messy ponytail and green eyes brimming in joy. She was holdinga placard with my name as she smiled inserting it under her arm and shook myhand. "I'm Amelia, pleasure to meet you. I will be your guardian during yourstay, so please don't be shy to rely on me." I smiled at her.

"Thanks, Amelia." Then she broke off the shake and told me to follow her.

When we arrived at the parking lot, I was expecting a driver and an expensive limousine, but her driving and a cool, antique looking pickup truck ain't that bad. I threw my bags at the back and covered it with a tarpaulin as Amelia told me so. She got in the car by the driver's seat as I got in the shotgun. She started the car and our journey started.

"So Mr. Heathcliff--"

Before she continued I cut her off after wincing at my name. "Heath. Call me Heath, Amelia." I begged. And thank God she didn't notice the desperation in my voice.

"Sorry, Mr. Heath." She smiled in understanding. Eleanor probably told her I loved the honorific before my name as she continued to use it. "As I was saying. Welcome to Romania, Mr. Heath." I just smiled.

I fell asleep during the trip. I woke up at around one in the afternoon and it was already 4 PM. I rubbed my eyes and almost popped out when I saw where we are. Trees filled the sides of the road and loomed above us. We were in a forest. When a short tree showed a castle on top of a hill I gasped. "Is that the infamous Dracula's Castle?!" I said unconsciously sticking my face on the glass as I pointed at it.

I heard Amelia giggle. "Yes. Right now we're behind that hill. We're heading over to that hill." She said as she pointed to a hill over the glass. My mouth gaped as I saw a shorter hill with taller trees as if hiding something.

Where the hell is she taking me? I said as I glanced at her in suspicion without moving my head. She sighed. She probably felt my panic. "We're going to your school, Mr. Heath. And I hope you'll survive it there." She breathed to relax herself which confused me. She smiled as we went to a slow turn as a tall gate comes to view.

"Welcome to Silvestri Academy, Mr. Heath." I bent over the car's dashboard when we stopped a meter from the gate and looked up. Now that is a tall gate.

As if on cue the gate opened by itself which made me freak out. "Woah, woah, woah!" I said pushing myself into my seat. "Did that thing just open by itself?!" Amelia looked at me weirdly as she leaned her back to her seat and turned to her window as if to show me the huge, buff man. "Oh..." I laughed nervously when he stared at me and then focused on the road again as Amelia continued driving.

It wasn't after a series of more trees when this gigantic fountain caught my eye. The place was beautiful. As the brick road circled around the fountain there were three different roads connected to it. We headed to the road opposite from the road we came from which lead somewhere. And again, nature dominated the place.

I leaned my forearms by the window Amelia opened minutes ago. I let the wind brush my face and dishevel my hair after I leaned my chin on my arms. I looked forward the road then back to the trees when something caught my eye moved by that bush. "Did you see that?" I said sitting up then leaned at window slipping my head outside to check if it's still there. My eyes widened when I saw this huge wolf perking at us in the middle of the road then run back to the trees.

"Woah! A wolf!" I continued to look back in awe. It was my first time seeing one and they were quite bigger than I've expected them to be.

"What's wrong, Mr. Heath?" Amelia asked when I stuck my face outside the window.

"That was a wolf." Smiling wide, I turned to her.

"First time seeing one?" I nodded when she turned for a second then back to the road. "Cool. Keep a watchful eye around you. This is their territory." She turned to me again. "Wolf attacks aren't uncommon around here." I stared at her with skeptical eyes as she smirked. Is she joking?
