Looks: She looks like Monaca Towa, except her hair goes to her shoulders and what she wears is different. She wears a white dress with a red bow. She also wears thigh high white socks and brown loafers.

Personality: She used to be shy and timid, but she turned fierce and angry.

Backstory: She is Monaca Towa's twin sister. For all of their childhood years, they looked and dressed alike. But Monaca started gaining popularity in homeroom while Ami was pushed aside. Ami was the Little Ultimate Writer. She excelled in the literary and knowledge parts of school while Monaca excelled in the social parts. They were an unstoppable pair. They both became friends with Kotoko Usugi, Masaru Daimon, Jataro Kemekuri, and Nagisa Shingitsu. Ami was too shy to tell the others that Monaca's "disability" was fake. Then, she went along with the rest of the group to commit suicide. Monaca had told her beforehand that neither of them were actually going to commit suicide, they were just going to watch the others. Ami went along with it, too shy to tell the others. Then, at the edge of the building, when the others were about to jump, Junko Enoshima came. She manipulated the group, except for Ami. Ami saw right through Junko's act. Watching the others become minions of Junko made her get angrier and angrier. Yet she never told them the truth. When it came time for Monaca to kill her parents, Ami didn't help. She tried to block Monaca's path. Monaca stabbed her and left her to die. She survived. During the incident Ami took to the streets, hiding from Monokumas. They were ordered to find her and kill her. The reason Monaca never talked about Ami is that she secretly still hoped Ami was alive, since they were twins. Big Sis Junko taught her not to hope, so she tried to block Ami out of her memory. Ami still wanders the streets of Towa City, escaping Monokumas. Shortly after Komaru and Toko defeated Monaca, they found Ami. Ami now helps them rebuild Towa City.
