Then, dispensers shoot fire at them. They're about to die when someone swings from a human chain on the ceiling and grabs them. That person is...Mahiru! The Remnants of Despair kept their NWP memories and now they're good, and Izuru chose Hope instead of despair. They made a human chain from the ceiling to save the Future Foundation members.

Idk what happened with a Togami but in my dream there were ambulances pulling people out of a building so let's say he's alive.
