Adeline's POV
Age: 13
"Addie lets go outside and do something" Caleb whined
"Well what do you want to do?" I say scrolling through Tumblr
"I don't know there are a lot of things. We could jump on the trampoline, go swimming there is a whole list"
"I don't want to go swimming" i was always uncomfortable in my body I wasn't exactly skinny but I was like over weight I just don't like my body.
"Well what do you want to do I mean my moms at target, dads at work, girls are at gym."
"Oh I have an idea!"
"Ok go"
"We can watch a movie"
"Ok sure. Maze runner?" Caleb says.
"Sure for the millionth time" I said laughing a little we head upstairs to the living room and put the movie in and it started to rain then pour.
"Dang was that lightning?!" I said
"Yeah it's raining pretty hard I hope my mom get home soon." We just talked through the movie like we usually do. It was still raining and Caleb got a text from his mom.
Hey I'm getting the girls from gymnastics. Katie and Brennan are coming over so we'll just have pizza for dinner.
"Katie and Brennan are coming over and we're going to have pizza for dinner tonight. Do you want to sleep over?
"Sure lemme text my mom"I text my mom and she texts back in like 10 minutes. Sure do you want me to bring your stuff?
Sure.
Ok I'll be there in 15 minutes
Ok bye
Bye
"My mom is going to bring my stuff in 15 minutes"
"Ok my mom is going to be home in like 20 minutes since the traffic do you want to play minecraft?"
"Sure but I'm going to be you just so you know"
"Bring it on noob" Caleb says laughing
"You say that but I'll get you one day"
"Ok whatever you say" Caleb and I go downstairs into his room and we play minecraft for awhile and I make to death match for the first time and of course Caleb kills me and wins
"I CALL HACKS!" I say laughing
"You call it hacks I call it being better than you" he says laughing I punch him arm playfully and my mom knocks on the door
"My moms here!" We walk upstairs and get my stuff
"Is your parents home Caleb"
"No m'am she went to get Hayley and Annie from gymnastics"
"Oh ok. And Addie make sure you go to the bat-"
"Mom I'm thirteen I don't need to do that" I said embarrassed and Caleb's laughing
"Ok well I hope you kids have fun"
"Ok bye mom" I said shoving her out of the door and I close the door when she walks down the steps and Caleb laughing hysterically
"Ughhh my moms so embarrassing" I said covering up my face while he's still laughing
"No not at all" he says managing his way through his laughter
