Appearance/clothing (No anime, please – realistic drawings are okay, and pictures work best; and a very detailed description works, too (Both a picture and description means extra cookies from me! Please describe the clothes or do links instead of uploading pictures.):

Uniform colors (choose three, and be more specific with color names. Everthing the character owns will be in these colors, so make sure you choose wisely! Also, please don't try to choose the same colors as others; vary them. Everyone wears the same uniform in combat. The first color is the primary one, then secondary, then tertiary)

NOTE: Pokemon will be changing levels/movesets constantly. If you want, you can keep the updated Pokemon info in a comment below the others, so you can easily erase it and re-write it. 

ALSO - (the great idea is from Lilian) - subspecies Pokemon are allowed, so long as it's not mixing the pokemon with another one! For example, see below - it won't change the Pokemon's movesets, but may change their stats slightly. It's more for the looks of the Pokemon and to vary them instead of anything else. Pictures don't have to be exact - they can give a general idea of what the Pokemon looks like.
