Darcy's p.o.v
I woke up and yawned. The space beside me was empty. I walked into the bathroom and stipped from my clothes. I looked into the mirrior. Why am I fat! I pinched my stomach with my fingers and sighed. Maybe I'll just eat a little less for a few weeks... Yea that'll work. I jumped into the shower and grabbed the shampoo bottle and began washing my hair.
-
I step out of the shower with a towel wrapped around my chest, covering my breats. I walked into my room and over to my closet. I grabbed a pair of black skinny jeans and a black noodle strap shirt. I grabbed my favorite bra and matching pink panties. I slipped on my panties and bra. I slid my shirt over my head and squeezed into my jeans. I really need to go on a diet, these pant fit me perfectly before Delilah.
"Ugh!" I groaned. I finally got the button done up and did a victory dance. I walked out of the room and downstairs. Olivia and Diana were in the kitchen making pancakes.
"Good morning!" Olivia said cirped.
"Morning," I said. I grabbed a glass and filled it with some milk. I sipped at the cold liquid.
"How'd you sleep?" Olivia asked.
"Good," I said. "What about you?" I asked sipping my milk.
"Great, the bed was really fu- comfortable," she said catching herself quickly.
"Yea super comfy!" Diana cheered.
"That's lovely," I said. "Where's Jack?" I asked.
"He said he was going to a job interview with his father and he already feed Delilah, changed her nappy, and now she's asleep," Olivia said.
"Oh that's great! His dad owns a company and he's interviewing him and his sister to see who fits best with the job," I said excitedly.
"Ooh, I hope he gets it," she said.
"Me too," I said.
"Want some pancakes?" She asked.
"No thanks, I'm not very hungry at the moment," I lied.
"Alright, I'll make you one for later," she said.
"Thanks," I said.
"No problem," she responded. A loud cry rang through the moniter on the table.
"I'll be back," I said placing my glass in the sink. I walked out of the kitchen and up the stairs. I opened the door to the nursery and closed it behind me. "Hey baby girl," I cooed as she wailed. I picked her up out of the crib and rocked her. Her cries turned to whimpers. "Are you hungry?" I cooed. I pulled my shirt down and she latched on. I rocked back and fourth slowly. "That's a good girl," I cooed. She unlatched and I pulled my shirt back up. I burped her and walked out of the room. I walked downstairs.
"Oh, she's so precious," Olivia cooed. "Can I hold her?" She asked. I nodded and gentlely placed Delilah in her arms. Delilah looked around curiously.
"She's so pretty!" Diana squeeked.
"She is!" Olivia cooed. I chuckled. She handed her back to me and I rocked her. I tickled her belly and she giggled loudly.
"I love you!" I cooed.
-
"I'm home!" Jack yelled.
"Kitchen!" I yelled back. He walked into the kitchen and kissed me. He took Delilah from my arms.
"Hey baby girl!" He cooed blowing raseberries on her belly. She giggled loudly.
"How did it go?" I asked.
"I got the job!" He cheered.
"That's great!" I cupped his cheeks and kissed him on the lips.
"I start monday," he said happily.
"I'm so proud of you! Let's celebrate!" I cheered. "We could have a picnic in the park!" I said.
"Great idea!" He said. I but Delilah in her bouncer and we began getting out different foods.
-
We had a basket packed with different fruits and things. I held Delilah and Jack carries the basket.
"Let's go!" I said. We walked out of the house and began walking towards our local park. There were kids running around everywhere and I smiled. We found a shadey spot under a tree and set up the picnic. I grabbed a bottle of water and took a sip.
"It's nice out today," Jack commented.
"It is," I responded. I saw a familiar head of curls with a certain feathery haired man. "Mum! Dad!" I yelled.
"Darcy!" Mum yelled. They walked over and sat down. "How are the newly weds?" He asked.
"Fantastic," I said. "How are things at home?" I asked curiously.
"It's a bit lonely without our super twins," dad said using the childhood name they had called us.
"We were actually thinking..." mum trailed off.
"About?.." I asked.
"We were wondering how you would feel if we had contacted our surrogate and gave you a brother or sister," mum said and I gasped.
"I always wanted a little sister!" I cheered.
"Well good because the surrogate is currently three months along," dad said.
"And your telling me now?" I asked.
"We thought you wouldn't want a younger sibling and we were scared," mum said.
"I literatly asked you guys for a sister on my seventh birthday," I said matter of factly.
"Oh yea," he said. I laughed.
"When do you find out the gender?" I asked excitedment filling me.
"A month and a half from now," dad said.
"I'm so excited!" I cheered. "I get to babysit her when ever you need," I said.
"Sure thing," mum said.
"Delilah is gonna be her best friend!" I squealed.
"Her?" Mum questioned.
"Sisterly instinct," I said and he laughed.
"Whatever you say," dad laughed.
"Want some fruit?" I asked handing them a container (my container).
"Sure," mum said. He opened the comtainer and popped a grape into dad's mouth. They munched on the fruit while I sipped my water.
"How's Delilah been treating you?" Dad asked.
"Doesn't cry that much really," I said truthfully.
"She's just like you," he said. "You rarely cried at all," he chuckled.
"Jake on the other hand..." Mum said trailing off. I laughed at that. My brother was a cry baby.
"He cried a lot?" I questioned.
"Yea," dad sighed. "He was never the manly one,"
"And never will be," I muttered.
"Don't," mum said, his motherly instincts kicking in.
"Relax it was a joke mum," I said. We laughed and talked while they all ate, except me.
