In spirit of Halloween, a one-shot as promised. Sorry it's kind of slopy, but I wanted to have it up today so I did it really really fast. I'm going to go back and edit it probs on Wednesday or Sunday if I have time, but I'm going to the next town over to get a new Hawkeye comic, so idk if I can have it edited by Sunday. Until then, KNEEL!!!!!! Have a happy Halloween and enjoy this unedited bit :D (And if you'll look to the side, I posted candy for you all ;D)

Kathryn’s POV

"Are you sure about this, Jay?" I asked. My hand self-consciously rubbed the small bump on my abdomen. “I’m not sure I want the baby around Tony when he’s drunk.”

“How’s the baby going to know?” Jacob chuckled, intertwining his fingers with mine and lifting my knuckles up to his lips while keeping the other hand firmly on the steering wheel of the car as we drove through downtown Manhattan.

“I don’t know,” I sighed, leaning my head on his shoulder in defeat.

“You need to stop worrying,” Jacob laughed. “It’s Halloween. Have a little fun.”

Just the mention of Halloween made me think of chocolate. Chocolate. I craved the stuff. In fact, Jacob had caught me squeezing chocolate syrup into my mouth straight from the bottle just this morning. I was squirting it into my mouth like some people do cheese in a can. “I want some chocolate,” I said longingly.

“I think Tony’s going to be pleased you’re coming, then,” Jacob replied.

I cocked my head in confusion. How was Tony’s happiness dependant on my craving for chocolate? “Huh?”

“You know Tony’s taste is quite lavish,” Jacob grinned.

I punched his arm playfully. You know something, damn you!”

He smirked again but kept silent.

“Is this going to be a costume party?” I asked, looking at the fancy, black dress I was wearing and running my hands down the arms of Jacob’s suit. “We aren’t exactly in costume.”

“No,” Jacob replied. “It’s a fancy party with Halloween as a theme. That’s why I made you put on something nice before we left the hotel.”

I shook my head at him. “You didn’t make me do anything. It was me that had to shove you into that suit, mister.”

“Well in my defense, the only thing you was your undergarments, so forgive me for being distracted,” he said, grinning darkly. “I plan to get you that way again once we get back, hon.”

“Can’t you wait for us to get married?” I laughed. “It’s only a week, love.”

“No,” he said simply. “Now get your purse or whatever. We’re pretty much here.”

Looming up above the New York City streets was Stark Tower. There was already a line of cars. Tony had rolled out his very own red carpet for the gusts to walk on. I sighed. “Billionaires.”

Jacob laughed and pulled up to the front of the line, making all the cars honk at him angrily. “Jacob,” I said, punching his arm again.

“Would you relax, Kat?” he laughed. “This is Tony’s Bugatti. I’m allowed to cut in line with this thing. We’re VIP’s. Technically, you’re his daughter. You can do whatever you want.”

A member of the security team walked up to the window and knocked on it. “Sir, you’re going to have to go to the end of the line.”

Jacob rolled down the window and glared at him. “I’m Jacob Rogers, escorting my fiancée, Kathryn Stark, to the party. Run the plates on this car. It’s registered to Tony Stark himself.”
