Tyler's bottom lip quivered as his gaze was set on his sock clad feet. He had his fist clenched around his favorite pretty blue stuffed dragon, Elliot. Even though she was supposed to make Tyler feel better, she wasn't doing a very good job of it.
He slowly lifted his gaze up so he was face to face with his Daddy. He whimpered a little just looking into the older males eyes.
'Tyler, I can't help you feel better if you don't tell me what you did.' Josh sighed, crouching down so he was eye level with his boyfriend. 'Talk to me, Princess.'
The brunette shook his head as tears spilled from his soft brown orbs. He was practically shaking as he hugged onto Luna even tighter. Inhaling her soft material. It was a mixture of Josh and fresh linen. The laundry detergent Josh always used. Tyler's favorite scent. He can see his tear drops falling onto Luna. Making her fluffy outside stick down. Causing a frown to form onto Tyler's pink lips.
'I won't be mad, Baby. Please tell me.' Josh asked once again. His heart aching at the sight of his small boy. Just wanting to make him feel better. To let him know that nothing was wrong. Protect him from the sadness he was feeling right now.
Tyler mummbled something under his sobs. Nothing Josh could make out.
'What was that, Ty?'
'I accidently broke a cup. But I promise it was an accident, Daddy! Please don't be mad at me.' Tyler cried. Wrapping his arms around Josh's neck. Hugging the older male tightly. Pressing his tear streaked face into Josh's white tee shirt.
'Baby, it's okay. You never make me mad.' Josh soothed the manic boy. His voice staying soft for the sake of his little love.
Everything was going to be okay. Everything is always okay.
