Tyler sat on the small wooden stool that stood beside his boyfriends wooden work desk. Crayons scattered before him as he filled his princess coloring book with pink and purple scribbles. Those colors were the best princess colors in his opinion because they were pretty. Not that any other color wasn't pretty, but Tyler was a princess and those are some of his favorite colors. So in his pure mind it worked.
'What are you coloring, baby?' Josh asked. Leaning over slightly to look at the coloring sheet Tyler had in front of him.
The brunette quickly picked up the book. Shielding the crudely colored page from his boyfriends eyes. This wasn't just any coloring page. This was colored for his Daddy. There was no way Tyler was gonna let him see it unfinished either.
'It's for you, Daddy. You can't look yet.' Tyler said seriously. His face showing slight discomfort at the thought of his boyfriend trying to get a look before it was done.
Josh understood though and quickly went back to his work. Stealing small glances at the small boy by him. A small smile taking over his features. Hoping that his forever would consist of his beautiful boy and many more princess colorings. Because nothing else would ever be able to make Josh happier. He's sure of it.
