Chapter 6, Partners and Bags

L called up his friends and luckily they answered and agreed to come help. They were at Light's house in under five minutes. L had opened the door for them.

"Hello! Welcome! This is me and Light-Khun's occult club - I'll introduce you all later," L spoke, showing his two friends to everyone else. Everyone looked at them in return.

"Guys, these are my friends, Mello and Near" L explained. Mello had straight yellow blonde hair that stopped just under his ears, he was wearing a tank top that looked a bit to small for him showing off his belly and black jeans with chains. Near had white curly hair and resembled L more then Mello did. Near had a white dress shirt on with jeans, he twirled his hair with his finger. No one was saying anything, L has some strange friends.

"Is your occult club dumbfounded or just dumb?" Mello asked, L cleared his throat and everyone else waved at Mello and Near. L explained the situation in greater detail as he offered everyone snacks. Mello ate chocolate while everyone else had hello panda cookies and chips that Light had lying around. Alois and Ciel ate most of the panda cookies, trying to be funny.

"Panda. Panda. Panda" Ciel chanted.

"I got broads in Atlanta" Alois chimed as Bill and Dipper laid down a beat. Shoyo and Tobio thought it was pretty cleaver and laughed but everyone else seemed really worried and too wrapped up in coming up with a plan to appreciate the joke.   

It was about 4:00 when they all decided it was time to talk action plan. Light got a white board and some markers and wrote down a few points. Other members, staying together, sleeping situation, overall game plan. He placed a blue bullet under neither the first one.

"Ok. So we know some of the other members. Our job is to ignore them as much as we can, and try our hardest not to get into fights with them. Remember, we just need to stay longer then them. There is no point where we have to have a conversation with them." Light explained. He jotted down some notes beside the blue bullet. No conversations. Just stay longer.

"Secondly, " Light added a bullet under the second point. "We need to stay together, otherwise we could all get spooked. No one person should be left alone" Light explained. L raised his hand as of he was asking a question in school, Light pointed to him.

"Should he have designated partners?" L asked, Light pondered the idea then nodded.

"Yes. That would be a good idea." Light said. L smiled, this would be a perfect opportunity for him to hang out with Light. Lots could happen in a dark house...

"I wanna be partners with L" Mello interrupted. L wanted to protest kindly and ask Light to be his partner, but Near made it impossible to get a word in when he retaliated from Mello's request.

"No. I want to be partners with L" he said. Mello argued right back and Near just argued more. Eventually L just stepped in and screamed at both of them to stop.

"You two can now be partners with each other instead. Me and Light will be partners" L cut in. Mello and Near crossed their arms.

"I should have invited Matt" Mello groaned, Near stuck out his tongue.

"You and that boyfriend of yours do too much together" Near complained, Mello growled at him.

"Your just jealous" Mello stated, Near didn't bother to argue back he knew the fight would go nowhere. Alois hugged Ciel.

"Me and Ciel will be partners" Alois hummed, Ciel shoved him slightly.

"Now hold on Alois, what if I wanted to be partners with Dipper?" Ciel asked, Alois gave him a shocked look.

"Dipper?!" He gasped.

"Dipper?!" Bill growled.

"Dipper?" Dipper asked with pure confusion. Ciel shrugged.

"I don't know maybe" he said. Dipper leaned over to say something when Bill knocked him back with his arm and glared at Ciel.

"No. Me and Dipper are gonna be partners don't mess up the order" Bill demanded. Ciel and Alois both looked shocked, and so did Dipper, but Dipper was blushing hard. Bill noticed this and looked around nervously, shoving his hands under his thighs, sitting on them.

"I mean I don't care be partners with whoever..." Bill grumbled. Alois and Ciel shot each other looks and Ciel agreed to be Alois' partner. Tobio and Shoyo also decided to be partners too. After all that was settled, L cleared his throat and told everybody to go home, pack bags and meet back at Lights house. And they all did. The contents of everyone's bags was as follows;

Alois had packed a change of clothes, a hair brush, a toothbrush and tooth paste, his phone charger and private things he might need if he had a sexual encounter with Ciel (which Alois was always prepared for)

Ciel had packed clothes as well, and a toothbrush with tooth paste. He grabbed a small blanket and pillow, and the eyepatch that he slept with. He did not plan on having a sexual encounter with Alois and didn't bring anything to prepare for it because why in the world would he need to? Him and Alois weren't going to up and fuck at No Exit house.

Shoyo packed good things.

Tobio packed better ones.

So Shoyo had to pack even better ones.

And Tobio did the same.

Bill packed illuminati books and hair stuff along with his new found feelings for Dipper.

Dipper packed all the basic things and tried to leave his blushing at home.

Mello and Near packed some unresolved tension and need to empress L.

While L pack a onesie hoping to look cute for Light and a crap tone of candy for him to eat all by himself.

Light packed... Well author-chan is tired of writing lists so Light packed Light's things.

Everyone was ready to go to No Exit house and beat the other Occult club. They all ventured there by foot, which didn't actually take to long and got there ten minutes early to see no one else had arrived. L exchanged looks with Light who forced a smile.

"I hope we don't die" L wished, Light laughed and patted L on the shoulder.

"Me too"
