The stars at night,
shine lively and bright.
The day I found you,
I hardly knew,
That you would like me too.
We started to tweet,
And every day we would repeat,
With fast heartbeats.
When we started to converse,
You made up my whole universe,
You were my knight in shining armor.
Your smile shone like the stars,
But as beautiful as they are,
You were always better.
We talked about a future,
Tied together like a suture,
That was our love.
We shined so bright,
That nothing could ever distinguish our light.
But one day,
I failed to array,
And you drifted away.
That night,
There was no light,
The stars no longer shone.
The sky was empty,
And there was no remedy,
To a broken bond.
