3♧ Now What?

Y/N's POV

"Hey what's your name?" He asked out of the blue, his expression serious.

"Mwo?" My mouth formed an 'O' shape as I was quite surprised to hear the sudden question.

But his question is logical. I thought we were kinda weird when we were in the house for awhile now and we've yet to do self-introductions.

Wait, he didn't have self-introduction. He lost his memory, remember?

"Y/N." I gave him a short answer.

He gave me a puzzled look and he raised his attention to look at me. I'm guessing he didn't expect me to answer him so straight-forward.

OMG he's even cuter when he looked blur like that.

"It's Y/N. My name." I repeated with a chuckle.

After minutes of silence, he finally nodded. He finally got it? He sure is slow. Pffffttt.

"It's such a pity I can't tell you who am I. I don't even know it myself." He gave me a bitter look.

I patted him on the shoulders.

"You'll remember who you are one day. I'm sure of that." I consoled him, it can't be helped. He looked so lost and so sad.

He gave me a grateful smile, then he wondered out.

"So what should I call myself? Hmmm.. maybe I should use a temporary name." He started to think.

I took a glance at him and I started to think too.

"Jino?" I suggested. I don't know where the name came from but it just appeared in my mind.

"I love it! Then I'm Jino from today onwards." He seemed to really like the name. I felt so happy to see him regain his smile again.

Then I remembered that I haven't keep the first-aid box yet.

"So, Jino? I'll keep this first."

I stood up as I tried to hide a smile but then he grabbed onto my arm causing me to tumble back to the sofa.

"Hey what was that for?"

"I just wanted to say....

Thank you."

He thanked me sincerely as he smiled.

I couldn't stop this weird feeling inside me. Why am I so happy just because he just thanked me?

Nevertheless, I gave him a slight nod and a smile before getting up again, and headed to the cabinet to keep the first-aid box.

Jino's POV

I don't understand why I had those fluttering feeling inside of me when she was being serious in helping me to clean my wound.

Her glare when I tried to back away...

Well, it was scary yet so cute.

What is this feeling I wonder huh?

This is so weird, I don't remember who I am. Now, I don't know what is the feeling I'm experiencing.

Don't tell me I also forgot about what my own feelings should be?!

When she gave me a name, I loved it. The name is cool and what's more, that name is made up by her.

I saw her trying to hide her smile as she stood up, it was cute. I found myself absurd because I just dragged her just to say my thanks to her? Or maybe I just don't want her to leave my side for even a second.

I don't know what's got into me, jinjakk. But then when she nodded and gave me a smile, I was completely mesmerised.

After she came back from keeping the first-aid box, she automatically sat beside me.

I was getting nervous for no reason until she decided to speak first.

"So.. what are you gonna do?" She queried.

What am I going to do? I'm also not sure.

I felt so lost myself, I don't even know where I came from.

Of course I wanted to regain my memory...

But does that mean that I'll be leaving her to where I actually belong? That thought alone made me sad.

"Honestly, I don't know. Meanwhile will you take me in?" I asked with my puppy eyes.

I've noticed how she always soften when I gave her pitiful looks. She is so kind.

Just like what I did this morning when I barged into her house. Hahaha.

She raised an eyebrow and looked at me for a while.

"Please?" I begged her.

"Well, I guess I should help you afterall. You don't even know your identity right, that's very pitiful." She finally said.

I secretly smirked to myself. See? I told you she is kind-hearted.

"Thank you so much!"

I was so happy that suddenly I throw myself towards her and hugged her tightly.

Her eyes widened as she didn't expect the hug at all and since she wasn't prepared for the sudden 'attack', she lost her balance and both of us fell onto the sofa, with me on top of her.
