I can't seem to read his mind.. Why is he looking at me like that?
"Ji-" I started to say but he cut me off.
"Do you perhaps have something you forgot to tell me?" His statement is quite cold.
"No?" I answered with a shrug.
As soon as I gave him the answer, I regretted at once.
Yes, there is something I forgot to tell him.
He gave me a cold stare before he got up from the sofa and came walking over to me. He only stopped when he is now standing inches away from my face.
"I thought you were the one who understands me the most."
What is he talking about?
His cold stare slowly breaks into a sorrowful look. Isensed disappointment in his eyes.
My eyes widened and I put a hand to cover my mouth when I finally grasped the situation.
Don't tell me he found out about his identity? Oh that phone call earlier! Could it be from the police station?
"Look, Jinhwan.. I-" I immediately closed my mouth again when I realised I blurted out his real name.
"Jinhwan? So you already knew? Why did you hide it from me? You knew I felt so depressed about not knowing my real identity. And I was dying to find out." He gave me a scowl.
"I'm sorry Jinhwan I-"
"Enough. I don't want to hear anything from you anymore. I'm leaving." He gave me one final glare before he turned to the door.
"No don't go. Please listen to me. Jebal." Tears were already brimming in my eyes as I held onto his arm.
I felt so guilty.
He push my hand away and he exited the door, leaving me forever.

Evening came and Grandma is back from aunt's stall. She looked puzzled to see me sitting in the sofa, not moving at all as I looked into the distance.
She waved a hand in front of me.
"What's wrong with you? Have you just turned into a statue?" She asked and then her eyes widened when she noticed my face.
"Oh my, have you been crying all these while? Your eyes were swollen red!" She caressed my cheek as she sat down beside me, looking worried than ever.
"Grandma!" I pulled her into a tight hug as I cried my heart out.
"Hush baby.. don't cry. Grandma is here with you." She patted my head as she consoled me, showing me all her motherly side.
