"Jason, we overslept. Get your lazy ass up!" I said as I roughly shook his shoulders. He just groaned and swatted my hands away. I'm sure he was tired from driving home late last night from his grandmas, but we had school.

Stepping onto the bed, I began to jump on it before falling straight onto Jason. "Ouch! Alright I'm up." He turned onto his back and rubbed his eyes. "Come here beautiful," he stated in a groggy voice as he pulled me on top him by the waist.

"Later Jason, we're going to be late," I said pecking his lips before hopping off him.

I entered my homeroom just as the bell rang and I let out a grateful breath. Skylar spotted me and took a seat next to me. "Are you seriously still ignoring me? I've been calling you all weekend," she huffed.

I looked into her brown eyes, searching for something to rid the uneasiness I had with her. "I don't know," I simply shrugged before turning to the front and ignoring her confused glare.

During free period j decided to go to Jason's room, as I had no homework yet. However, through the little window on his door I saw him and a girl. She definitely wasn't a student here, looking about Jason's age. A wave of jealousy hit me as I made my way down the hall.

J.E: it's not what it looks like, I'll explain later.

I hadn't even realized Jason saw me, but his text easy my jealousy tremendously. I trusted Jason, so I knew I shouldn't be jealous but I couldn't help it.

My last period was going by so slowly I thought it would never end. All afternoon I had been anxiously waiting to find out who this girl was.

Like a blessing, the last bell of the day rang. I practically jumped out of my seat and raced down the hall. Several people shot me annoyed glares, but I couldn't care less.

I texted Jason and told him I was waiting at the back of the school. This was my usual waiting spot everyday for him to pick me up. We figured this would raise less attention and it seemed to work out pretty well for us. After about fifteen of him neither responding, nor showing up I got frustrated.

As I made my way to his classroom, I saw the woman from this morning in the hall with Jason. Quickly, I hid in a nearby classroom so I wouldn't be seen. Peering my head out of the door, I watched their actions.

Jason smiled and nodded before tightly hugging her. She kissed his cheek, causing my blood to boil. The woman was absolutely gorgeous, seemingly no flaws on her.

Her heels clicked down the hall and when she rounded the corner, I came out of my hiding spot. "I thought I told you to wait outside," he said anxiously.

My eyebrows raised in surprise. "Since when do you tell me to wait outside? And for the record, I did wait. After twenty minutes of you not showing up, I decided to come check on my boyfriend."

"Well you don't need to check on me I'm not a child."

"No, that's me right? Fuck you," I spat, turning on my heels and walking down the hall.

"Parker wait! I'm sorry I know you must be confused right now but the girl you saw was just an old friend."

"Well why is she here, kissing your cheek?"

He ran a hand through his hair, sighing. "We just had some catching up to do."

"Thank you so much for your very descriptive explanation. I love how my boyfriend tells me everything!" I rolled my eyes before turning away from him once again.

"Come on babe don't be like that, she doesn't mean anything," he said as he ran to catch up with me.

"Piss off Jason," I growled, picking up my pace.

"We used to date and she's moving here for a new job, and she wanted to clear the air. I made it well known that I have a girlfriend though," he quickly explained.

"That doesn't explain why she was at the school though."

He broke eye contact with me, looking at the ground instead. "Well her new job is here, as your math replacement."

My eyes widened at the news. "Oh you've got to be fucking kidding me, right? Am I being pranked right now?" I questioned, looking about the hallway.

"Parker, stop. She was my last serious girlfriend and I just kind of moved away, we needed to get closure and whatnot before she began teaching," he stated.

I rolled my eyes and sighed. "I'm sorry, I know I'm not the best at controlling my emotions."

Jason leaned in, but quickly backed up after realizing where we were. He mouthed "I love you" and I nodded before we walked to his car.

authors note: wow this is like a year late and I'm so so sorry for that! I wasn't sure where I wanted to go with this for a while, resulting in me forgetting about it. I've recently been getting messages asking me to start it back up, and I decided to since I love it so much. Again I'm sorry for the long wait!
