"I have to admit, I was in high hopes that you would come back." The King commented with a smug smile plastered on his face.

"Welcome to reality." You retorted in a un-amused tone. You eyed Sinbad's equip as he readied himself. 'He might think he has the advantage here being at home-court, but, I see it the other way.'

"I've trained with a metal vessel user, I can handle your petty djinn equip." You taunted coldly while unsheathing your blade. "Plus I know you wouldn't hurt your precious people... So you'll have to hold back..." You then waved your hand and sent fire raining down on the innocent citizens below. "But me on the other hand..."

"You play dirty." Sinbad said as he de-materialized the fire with his lightening. "Or did you come here seeking war like Judal?"

"He might have rubbed off on me a little." You replied while chuckling.

"You know, you once vowed to protect these people-"

"Give it a rest." You sent condensed ice-spears hurdling towards him, which he cut through with his sword.

"I don't think that little toothpick of yours will hold up against mine, so lets cut this fore-fighting and get right to it..." Sinbad then charged towards you sword in hand.

"I wouldn't be so sure." You met his metal vessel with your enchanted blade and held your own. Sparks flew out in the air as the parry became unstable. You gritted your teeth while forcing more pressure. 'This is useless!'

You concentrated strength magic and roundhouse kicked him in the stomach, sending him shooting back with a groan of pain.

<Sinbad POV>

'This is a problem.' He glanced down at his sword and saw a small chip along the blade. 'I know she doesn't have a djinn, so this is her raw power.'

Sinbad then felt a stinging pain on the side of his cheek. (Y/N) was holding her position, one hand shaped like a gun while the other held her short sword.

"I wont miss a second time." She stated fiercely as another light bullet came shooting towards him.

"There wont be a second time." He warded it with his sword as he heard a small tink, the chip was now bigger. 'I risk breaking this if I keep using it... In that case.' Sinbad released his djinn equip and prepared himself for another one. "Dwell in my body, Focalor!"

He quickly sent out a violent tornado landing a direct hit on the (E/C)-eyed female. When the gust cleared, she appeared in front of him unscathed.

(Y/N) scoffed before sending a fire whirlwind to him. Sinbad tried to counter it with a wind wall but it only enhanced it before roaring towards him. 'My wall is not enough for this?! Even if it was wind, my power should have held.'

The flaming tornado was put out by a wave of water as Sinbad saw blue hair flash in front of him.

"I'm sorry Sinbad, but she is- Was my student... I have to do this." The female wizard stated as she defiantly flew in front of Sinbad.

"I'll tell you what you told me once, Yamraiha." (Y/N) paused before grinning. "Your magic is too simple."

"Let's make this game even then." Judal yawned as he appeared beside (Y/N). "I was getting bored of watching anyway."

"(Y/N), I have faith that you will come back, you will be forgiven for everyth-"

"You are blinded by your faith Yamraiha." She interrupted as she shifted her gaze back to the king. "So Sinbad, did you ever find out what really happened the day you sent me away?" She asked while sheathing her sword.

"Do you remember why I couldn't figure out why I had 'traded' to the Kou empire?" He answered while furrowing his brows.

<Your POV>

"What of it?" You replied cocking an eyebrow.

"I didn't." The King stated.

"What do you mean by that?" You questioned as Judal gripped your shoulder.

"I didn't trade you. It was a set up by the Kou empire, they wanted leveraged on us. Seeking out the best magicians for their own interests." He answered carefully, you could tell he wasn't lying by the tone of his voice and his expression.

"But-"

"Judal is using you as a tool to start war with Sindria." Sinbad added with a strict tone. "... Well then (Y/N), now that you know the truth... What will you do?"

"(Y/N) you know that's not true. I-I... Lo-"

"This changes nothing." You stated as you felt your blood boil. "Judal or the Kou empire didn't do anything to me... I made myself stronger! I did that!"

"Now (Y/N)... I believe you know what happens next." Sinbad said while raising his head defiantly.

The air was now dead silent as the four of you looked at each other for any sign of surrender.

"Let's go Judal, we have no business here anymore." You instructed as you met Sinbad's gaze. "Next time we meet I won't be so... Understanding."

You quickly summoned a magic transfer circle and found yourself next to Judal in front of the Kou palace.

"Just great."
