Penalty

Judal rested his forehead against yours. 

"You okay?"

You nodded your head slowly and moved a bit closer to him.

"Hey..." He said sweetly while holding your chin. "I want you to do me a favor..."

"What is it?" You asked while looking up into his crimson eyes.

"I'm not stupid (Y/N)... What are you hiding from me?" His grip on your jaw became tighter.

You smacked his hand away and looked at him angrily.

"What was that?!" You flashed him a distasteful look and scooted away from him.

"I don't like you hiding things from me..." Judal the frowned and avoided eye contact. "And I know you're well-aware that Hakuryuu 'loves' you."

"I rejected him earlier... I don't think we will be on good terms... At least not for a while." You let out while sighing.

"Then fix it." He stated suddenly. "Cooperation between the two of you is essential."

"What? How am I supposed to apologize for his tantrum?" You raised a brow as you stood from the bed.

"No, no... Just make him like you again..." He paused to rub his chin. "You see the boy hasn't been training as hard as I would like him to, maybe it would help if you stimulate him a little."

"What? I'm not going to-"

"J-Just don't let it get out of hand." The magi then blushed and turned away. "You're mine."

"I don't want to do it..." You protested while shifting your gaze to the side. "It wouldn't be right for him... And I already rejected him, for you."

"That's why I love you." He grinned briefly before returning to his other expression. "But I also have other plans and they need to be prioritized-"

"Am I a priority?" You furrowed your brows.

"You're my top priority." He pulled you down onto his lap and ran a hand through your hair.

Judal then looked deeply into your eyes before he pressed his lips against yours softly. He then started to kiss you gently as he pulled your legs to rest on either side of his thighs.

With slight hesitation, you then welcomed him and kissed him back, wrapping your arms around his broad shoulders.

Your heart beat faster as Judal picked up the pace and rolled over so that he was on-top of you. You then instinctively rolled your hips as a low moan escaped his lips.

"(Y/N)..." He broke the kiss to look at you dreamily. "Did I ever tell you you're a great kisser?"

"Not often." You giggled lightly as a smile appeared on your face.

Judal then leaned in close so that his mouth was at your ear. "Now leave before I get too horny." He pecked you on the forehead before rolling off of you.

"Yes sir." You grinned as you got up and headed for the door.

After closing the door behind you, you quickly realized something. 'But how do I fix that? Do I act like I love him or ask forgiveness?'

"First things first..." You told yourself. "I'll have to look for him." The best place to look for him would be the secondary courtyard, he would most likely be training, for who knows what.

You awkwardly walked down the hall almost hoping not to run into him. 'How do I even deal with this?' You repeated in your head. Although now that thought about it... The worst thing that could happen would be having to battle it out with him. 'That shouldn't be so hard... We trained together all the time before...'

All of the sudden the scenery changed to the courtyard. You must have been lost in thought and unconsciously led yourself there.

'I knew it.'

Hakuryuu was in the middle of the vast space twirling his spear. For some reason, he looked stunning.

"Hakuryuu." You called out as you came closer.

"What." He looked at you blankly. It kinda hurt you.

"I..." You sighed. "I know what you heard before but you didn't give me a chance to explain myself."

Hakuryuu frowned. "What is there to explain?"

You bit your bottom lip. 'This isn't working... Am I gonna have to... Flirt, with him?'

"Just hear me out." You took a stepped forward as you raised your hands as if to clam an animal.

The dark-haired male narrowed his icy-blue eyes at you.

"Alright... I guess it's worth my time since you came all the way out here to tell me..." He crossed his arms and turned away so his back was facing you.

You mentally groaned, he was going to be difficult.

'I guess there's no going around it.'

You put a hand on his shoulder and whispered lustily into his ear.

"Hakuryuu, you didn't let me finish earlier... I want you, not him."

"D-Does he know you're out here?" Hakuryuu blinked in surprise as a faint blush appeared on his cheeks.

"Who, Judal? No..." You slowly ran your hand down his spine as his face became redder.

The male then abruptly tisked in annoyance before shoving your hand off him.

"I don't know what you're going to do but I'm not going to fall for your games... You already- You already... Rejected me." His expression then suddenly grew cold as the air around him dropped in temperature.

"Show me you mean it." Hakuryuu slowly pointed his long spear at you.

'Stubborn... He'll feel the meaning of my words when I cross blades with him.'

During training sessions you and Hakuryuu didn't talk much, you communicated with the feelings that poured out from battle. As a result you both grew in power and in relationship, although he took it one step further than you did with his feelings.

This would be the only way to get through to him at this point.

'If this is how he wants it...'

The sun set on the horizon as a frigid breeze blew through making your hair slightly float around your shoulders.

"I will." You slowly drew your short sword and raised it to eye level. The male gave you an unresponsive yet shallow look.

'I'll have to end this fast.'
