"I..." You paused to conjure an answer. 'What is it I really want?' Then it hit you. "I want closure."

"Closure?" Judal remarked as he let go of your hands.

"I want to know what really happened, even though I might not like what I hear." You stated with determination.

"So you're leaving." He said while frowning. "But (Y/N)... I need you.."

"You can come with me... Judal..." You suggested while cupping his cheek causing him to blush. 'If he comes, it will send a message to the King.'

"I-If you say so." He replied as he darted his eyes to the side.

"Let's leave as soon as we can then." You retorted as Judal nodded in agreement, summoning the carpet with a snap of his fingers. 'Just because I'll get the answer doesn't mean I'll forgive them. That's not who I am anymore...'

"It's should take six days to reach Sindria." The raven-haired magi stated once the carpet was at a medium-level altitude. "What are you planning to do?"

"I just want some questions answered." You replied, enjoying the feeling of the breeze in your hair.

"So you're not gonna stay or anything?" He said with a glint of hope in his voice.

"That's not the plan, I actually like the Kou empire." You responded as you pulled your hair back. The magi gleamed for a moment before his smile faded to a grin.

"Is the Kou empire all you like?" Judal asked as he scooted closer.

"W-Well uh- I guess you're cool too." You answered as you felt the blood rush to your cheeks.

"Aw~ Thanks (Y/N)!~" He purred as he wrapped his arms around you for a tight hug. "To be honest, I thought I would get bored of the Kou empire, but now that you're here it's been really fun." The magi added as he relaxed his grip on you and leaned against your shoulder.

"War..." You whispered into his ear. "Do you like it?"

"I love it." He replied as he put his hand over his heart. "I've been trying to get that old-fart Sinbad to team up with me for sometime... But he's stubborn." Judal let out a huff of amusement before turning his face to yours. "And now I have you."

"R-Right." You said, still uncertain about your feelings towards the magi.

"You're still mine remember?" Judal held your chin as he pulled your face closer.

"I remember." You answered simply, ignoring his intentions and removing your jaw from his grasp. You then drew your short sword from its sheath and held it horizontally towards Judal.

"Woah-"

"How can I get this to last longer?" You questioned as you demonstrated your enchantment. "It only lasts ten seconds."

"Oh? This is an interesting skill you have here." He smirked as he rubbed his chin, Judal then closed his eyes to think of a solution. "Use the black rukh that you have."

You gripped the sword tighter in concentration. Suddenly, feelings of intense hatred and loneliness filled your head as the things around you faded to black. The power in your blade grew stronger, but it wasn't enough for you. 'Give it time, I'll make it even more powerful...'
