Kelly's POV

I rolled over in bed tired as hell. A little sore too. T kept me up all night. I mean I’m not complaining though. I glanced over at the wall clock. Eight ten. Slowly unwrapping her arm from around my waist I scooted to the end of the bed. I stood to my feet feeling a numbness in my leg. I slightly limped to the bathroom  closing the door behind me. I ran some water in my tub. The some of favorite  vanilla bean bath salts into the hot water. While the tub filled up I brushed my teeth and washed my face.

“Good morning beautiful.” I felt arms wrap around my waist. Temper’s bare body pressed against . She was so warm. Smiling I continued to brush my teeth. It was a awkward silence. “What times your appointment?” She kissed my cheek letting me go. I spit out the toothpaste into the sink. “Ten forty five.” I replied rinsing my mouth out. “Well I’ll leave you. Imma just hop in the shower real quick.” She turned in her water getting in. I the same. I sat down into the hot water. It always seemed to relax me.

Temper always gets weird when I have my appointments.  I have a therapist. That she wanted me too get. I have to. I feel lot less stressed now. I don’t have to keep things bundled up inside me. Talking to someone of natural ground you know.

I just stared at my toes through the water. I wiggled them sort of blacking out. I haven’t taken my meds this morning so it feel a little off. I just tend to think about things when this happens. I try to think about my daughter. Something that makes me happy. Usually doesn't work at all.

“Mama look at me!” Kendra called to me from her swing set.. “Be carful baby.” I sat on a blanket looking at her. I laid things out gently. Little sandwiches chips and fruit all out. Kendra wanted to eat lunch in that back yard today. A mini picnic of some sort. It was a beautiful day. Sun shining, the air is fresh and the grass is plush and green.

Suddenly breaking the silence Temper bust through the back door.  She ran over to me grabbing my shoulders. “Are you okay?” She analyzed me from head to toe. “Why wouldn't I be?” I asked with an eyebrow raised. “Kendra called and said you needed my help.” She said with a worried look. “She did?” I said confused. “Because I wanted to have lunch together.” The little girl said. Our head snapped in her direction. “We never have lunch together anymore.” The little girls face saddened. Temper turned towards her. She grabbed her her hands gently. She rubbed her hands across the back of them. "I have work. You know I loose money when I'm not there. And you should never scare me like that. I thought something was wrong with your mother." She looked down at her feet. "I'm sorry." Kendra wanted to cry. Temper hugged her tightly. "I wanna be a family." She said quietly. I frowned my eyebrows.

I felt horrible. Temper and I haven't been around as much as we want too. I mean it's always been like this. Kendra is just getting old enough to notice now. That her mothers aren't around as much as they should be.

"Well today wouldn't hurt would it baby?" I asked. "Temper turned to me slowly. She let out a deep breath. Temper gently kissed her cheek. "Just for today Ladybug."

I snapped back T was sitting at the edge of the tub in basket ball shorts and a tank. She looked at me with sincere eyes. “I’m fine babe.” I said honestly. “I love you.” She kissed my cheek. On her way out she sat a bottle of water down on the counter.

Grabbing my towel I wrapped it around my body. I dryed my damp hair with the blow dryer. I straightened it and neatly put it up for me to get dressed. Going back in our room I went into our closet. I found a presentable outfit for today. I have my appointment and I have to take care of a couple things at the church, then me and the girls are going out. So I have a pretty full schedule.
