Giving Them Something to Regret

Chapter 7:(I have no idea what to title this)

Hey guys sorry for the long wait but I have been at work and I was moved to second shift. So I have had no time to do anything other than sleep, eat, and work. If you guys could come up with a name for the chapter I will put my fave as the title, thanks.

Chapter 7:

I wake up the next day and stare at my alarm clock. It says it is seven pm. HOLD ON!!!! SEVEN PM!!! Oh heck no. I slept for more than ten hours. Things are going to be bad now. I hurry down stairs to the kitchen knowing that most of my pack would be there at this time of day. I walk into the kitchen and see that my pack and almost all of the young wolves from Damon's pack are siiting in my kitchen and dinning room eating. Both rooms are nearly full to the brim and everyone is very stiff and annoyed.

"Calm down all of you this tension will do none of us any good. Jadea I need you to help me find the covens list," I tell her.

Damon rushes to his feet in anger and surprise. Josh follows in his tracks a second  later. Jadea leaves the room. I listen as she heads upstairs to the library. I would have gone but I have a feeling that had I of gone the tension in the room would have gotten worse and a fight woulod have burst out. Even though we have a treaty between our packs, it is hard to have another pack on your territory without some high tension and wieryness between both packs especially since our treaty is still fresh.

Jadea comes back less than five minutes with the book that I asked for. I open it and leaf through it searching for the name of my captor. Ah just as I thought. I knew I had seen or eheard that name before. Darrel third in command of the Blood Coven. Damn them.

"Fuck this is not good. The elders are going to be extremely unhappy with this turn of events," I whisper.

"What is it. What is wrong alpha," asks Jadea.

I sigh loudly before answering her question, "We have a problem, ladies. It seems that a powerful noble vampire coven captured me. I thought I had recognized the name of my main captor," I tell my pack.

"Which one/ How did you get a book on the covens," says Jadea and Damon at the same time

"To answer you Jadea, the Blood Coven. To answer you Damon, I have connections high up in the vampire empires structure very high up," I tell him.

The pack laughs at Damons confused look. Damon and his pack growl at them except for Josh who just stares. I sigh and take a seat on my Divan, a lay down chair with a cushioned top, in the living room.

"Would you like something to eat, Kayla," asks Josh.

"Thanks but no. I have too much to do and so little time. Girls prepare the guest rooms. Our friends are closer than I thought they were. Damon you and your pack are welcome to stay here until I am finished with my meeting with my guests," I tell him.

"Fine. We shall stay," he tells me.

Damon goes and sits on one of thesingle chairs. I sigh and lay back on my Divan. Damon watches me carefully for any signs of distress or betrayal. Josh comes over and sits on the floor by me. The girls take seats around my Divan in chairs or on the floor. I sigh louder and send a claming vibe out through the pack ties and my family tie to Josh. My pack sighs in contentment of having their alpha back. I watch as Josh's shoulders relax and he calms down with some relieved tension.

Damon growls when he sees that his third in command is relaxing with me most likely being the reason. I shake my head in disbelief is he really jealous of a sister calming her brother. I mean really. I lay there stroking Josh's hair soothingly trying to keep him calm while everyone else stays silent.

Just to break the uncomfortable silence, I say, " How have things been with the mating in the pack?"

"Many of the ladies have found mates but they were from outside of the pack so the ladies left to be with their mates. Only a few of the males have found mates since you left the pack," Damon tells me.

"I have," whispers Josh.

"Oh and why am I only finding this out now my dear twin," I demand.

"Um, I just found her," he says.

"Oh and who is this dear lady that is your mate my dear brother," I ask.

"Your sixth in command, Racheal," he tells me.

"Ah my dear poor brother. I wish you luck in taming the little fire that is my sixth in command," I tell him.

Many of the males of Damon's pack scoff at him having a mate so low in a pack structure especially an all female pack. To them that means she has little power and status. I laugh slightly at the thought of any of my pack with no power at all.

"DId I not explain to you guys that my pack is one of top five packs in Europe and that we have very high status over there because of our abilities even though we are female. Ladies I need a good match anyone want to face me," I ask.

"How about us alpha. Sadea and I may have only been part of this pack for hald a year but we are always ready for a good fight," says Eva who shares the position of seventh with her twin Sadea.

"Alright come on girls I wanna get this energy out before night fall and we have not had us a nice little training sesshion in a few months have we," I ask as I lead everyone to our work out room.

Which is a room with mirror walls and mats on the floor so that we have room to practice our moves. Very few people have ever been able to defeat someone of my pack because of our extensive training in tai kwando, aikido, and ti jutsue. My top four wolves go to the corners of the room and sit while Racheal sits down beneath the window. Josh sits beside her and Damon's pack sits against the mirror walls at random points.

Sadea and Eva take spots in front of and behind me. I settle into a lose and balanced batle stance. Both of them come at me at the same time. I duck both of the punches andkick Sadea in the stomache before twirling to punch Eva in the shoulder Eva dodges just barely and lands a kick to my knee. Sadea uses her distraction to try and punch me. I grab her arm and use her momentom against her. I throw her towards Eva who grabs her in time to stop her from slamming into one of the glass mirrors. The girls look to each other and nod. they begin to circle me slowly looking for any opening. Both girls lunge for me. I smirk because they believe that they found a weakness in my defense. i stand still and wait for them. Both girls try to kick my knees out from under me with a sliding kick. I jump over their slide and go after them causing both of them to have to keep moving or lose the match now.

Sadea rolls to the left and I follow her. I push her to the floor pinning her there with my back against a mirror. Eva watches breathing heavily while I grab her sister in a choke hold. Soon Sadea taps out moves to sit in the side lines. Eva watches me carefully before we start circling. She charges again and through a punch. I  dodge it but it is a faint and she changes it at the last second into a kick from the other side. I move some but my body is still moved with the force of it. I quickly move forward with a punch but she dodges quickly and faints with a kick but I move out of range before moving back in from a different angle. I gab her arms and twist them behind her back and adding pressure causing her to bend or risk breaking one or both of her arms.

"I give," she says after struggling for a few more seconds.

We both sit down a few feet from each other and calm our breathing some. A few minutes later I hear the door bell ring. I look out the window and see that it is after dark. My guests are finally here, maybe now I can get some information.

Alright guys yes this was smostly a filler but it gives some mportant information so I hope you guys enjoyed it. Bye I might have time to write the next chapter tomorrow.
