Chapter 9 secrets out

Lena pov
What in the world happened. Why is everyone staring. I was lost in thought when Silver came up to me and grabbed my wrist and pulled me out of the room leaving the scary men.

We stopped in front of two very large doors. He opened them and we walked in. The room was big and had a desk in the middle of it. Silver sat at the desk and Just stared at me. We were in this awkward silence till he spoke.

"What are you?"

Oh no how did he know. How did he find out. I looked at the floor playing with the hem of my shirt still not looking at him. I can't talk so instead I took a pen and paper from his desk. And wrote 'I don't know what you mean' and showed it to him. He tilted his head I thought it was cute.

"You can't talk." I nodded. "Well even if you don't speak I still know you're lying." I looked at him shocked. I didn't want to tell him yet I didn't want him to kick me out. I didn't want to be alone again. I looked at him about to cry. His eyes held no emotion. I ended up writing.

' I don't know how you found out but I have a power inside me that activates when I'm close to death or when I get angry or scared. A voice comes to me in my sleep and teaches me how to handle it. The power is not me but is at the same time. We have the same body but separate minds. Her name is Seaka. I didn't tell you that time before because I was scared. people are after me they want to use my power and body for their own malicious purposes. I didn't want to get you involved. I was scared if I told you would kick me out. Silver I don't want to be alone again.' By the time I was done I could no longer see past my tears. I sobbed quietly while Silver read it. When he was done he looked at me but said nothing. He got up and walked to me, I was so scared he kick me out. But instead he grabbed my hand and walked over to the couches and sat me down. I sat on his lap and sobbed into his chest, while he rocked back and forth and stroked my hair. What he said next shocked me.

"I will never let anyone hurt you or use you I will never kick you out I promise to keep you safe." I stopped crying and fell asleep in his arms.

Silver pov
What I just found out was shocking this small girl threw a girl across a room and almost killed her. Then I find out she has a power and people are after her. I won't let anyone take her, use her, or hurt her. Or they'll have me to deal with. I looked down to see Lena had fallen asleep. I sat there looking at her sleeping face and how she made 100 different faces in 1 minute. I was interrupted when some one knocked on my office door and came in. It was Luke Marco and Leon, they looked at me then at the girl in my arms. "Boss what did she just do." Leon asked. I looked at him and said nothing.

"Boss is she ok?" Luke asked with a worried look. I nodded. All I said was "go have the room cleaned. And tell everyone to never bring up what happened today to anyone." I gave them all a stern look and they nodded and left.

After a few minutes I brought her to her room and laid her down I sat in one of the chairs in the room for a while before leaving.
