"So are you going to tell me why you were crying?"Silver questioned. I looked at him and smiled I'm not sure why but I got out of bed as fast as I could and ran to hug Silver it was a hug to thank him but it also held something else that I don't want to admit to myself or others. "I'll tell you." I said into his chest.
I pulled out of the hug and walked back over to the bed and sat on the edge of it Silver followed and did the same.
"So when I was 15 my parents and I went to California for vacation. It's was a pretty fun vacation until one night my parents went out I thought they were going on a date so I didn't bother to call when they didn't call or come back. At 4:18 am my world came to an end. I got a call asking me to come identify a couple that had been in an accident and they were supposedly my parents. I didn't believe it I ran to the hospital that was about 3 miles away and followed a nurse that brought me to the room. I went in and ran to the bodies they were my parents but the only way I could tell was because all three of us had a necklace mine says daughter my mom's said mother and my dad's said father. I couldn't recognize their faces." I coughed a little as I told Silver everything I held nothing back. I had tears streaming down my face. Silver was rubbing my back soothingly. "Lena thank you for telling me and I'm sorry you had to go through that." Silver said with a serious expression. "I'm OK now and I'm glad I told you too." I said with a small smile and leaned against him. In response he held me closer. I enjoyed the feeling of being held and feeling safe again. It soon ended when someone knock on the door.
"Room service." A voice called. I watched as Silver got up and walked to the door and came back with a cart of food.
"I ordered some food for us." He said as he set the food on the table. I gently smiled at him and got up. I sat across from him and we ate. We talked about my parents and our favorite things. When we were done we set the plates back on the tray when Silver got to more plates and walked to the couch and turned on the Tv. I walked over to him.
"What's that." I asked pointing to the plates. He lifted the tin cover and what I saw made my heart burst with happiness it was
CHOCOLATE CAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I saw it I couldn't help but squeal with excitement. I grabbed my plate and sat down next to Silver.
When we were done it was late and I was tired I let out a little yawn and curled into a ball next to Silver and pressed myself to him. I usually need a blanket to fall asleep because I'm ALWAYS COLD but Silver was so warm I didn't need one.
I was about to fall asleep when I felt something soft press against my lips. I wanted to investigate but I was too tired to open my eyes.
