When Killian woke up his was laying on a very uncomfortable bed. There were rails on the side and it as in the corner of a very sterile grey room. He began to sit up when a sharp pain shot threw his torso causing him to yelp in pain. That's when he remembered the car crash. All he could figure out was that they were driving to their date when another car t-boned them and then he passed out.

A nurse must have herd Killian cry out in pain because a women soon came into Killian's room. "Hello, Killian. My name is Dr. Johnson. Can you remember anything that's happened to you."

"Well, I remember being in a car crash, but I can't recall anything after the impact." Killian told her. "What's wrong with my side? And where are my friends? Are they okay?"

"Well first off, you have couple of broken ribs and a few minor cut on you head from the glass." Dr. Johnson stated. "Your friends are okay. If you want I can send them in after I run a few tests just to make sure nothing else is wrong."

"Okay. The sooner the better." Killian replied.

After Dr. Johnson ran the test she left to get the others. When she came back Emma and Robin were right behind her. Robin was in a boot and he was slowly pushing Emma in a wheel chair. "I'll let you guys be." Dr. Johnson said before exiting the room.

"Are you guys okay? Where's Regina?" Killian asked.

"We're fine." Emma replied. "I have a broken leg and a fractured wrist. Robin had a broken ankle and a few cut from glass, but we'll be fine." Emma said grabbing his hand.

"Regina may not be." Robin said as he began to cry. "I'm sorry! I can't do this." Robin told his friend's before walking out of the room as fast as he could with the boot.

"What's wrong with him? Why might Regina not be okay?" Killian asked.

"When we were hit the majority of the impact was at Regina's door, so she is currently in a coma." Emma sighed. "She also has a broken arm, three cracked ribs and a fractured ankle. They said she hit her head on the window pretty hard. She's not doing well Killian, and Robin feels it is all his fault because he was the one driving."

"Pure guy," Killian replied.

"Yeah, I just don't know what to do for him. I've tried convincing him that it's not his fault and that everything is going to be alright, but he won't listen." Emma replied.

They then herd a knock at the hospital door and turned around to see Killian's parents standing in the door way. "Hey Mr. and Mrs. Jones." Emma greeted.

"Hi Emma, how are you doing?" Asked Killian's Mom.

"I'm doing okay, thanks." Emma then turned to Killian and gave him a quick kiss. "I'll let you guys be. I'm going to go see Regina again." Emma said before wheeling herself out of the room.

She then slowly made her way down the hall. She turned into Regina's room to find a sobbing Robin. He was sitting in a chair at the edge of her hold Regina's hand. Emma stopped herself from entering because he was talking to Regina.

"Regina, my love," Robin began. "I'm so sorry that this has happened to you! It's all my fault. I love you and need you to wake up. You make my life complete and without you, I don't know if I would be able to move on. Your my everything, and I know that we're still in high school, but I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to grow old with you and wake up with your beautiful face being the first thing I see every morning. Please wake up Regina."

"Robin?" Emma softly asked from the door way.

"Oh, Emma." Robin said quickly wiping away his tears. "Come on in."

"Have her parents come to see her yet?" Emma asked as she wheeled herself next to Robin.

"Yeah, they were just in here. They're in the waiting room now." Robin replied.

"This isn't your fault." Emma said trying to comfort Robin.

"It's just, she's my girl, I'm suppose to protect her and make sure nothing bad, like this, happens to her." Robin said stroking Regina's hand.

"Robin, you can't stop a 5 ton car. It was out of your control." Emma told him.

"I know, I just need her to wake. I need her with me." Robin replied.

"Hey, so do I, she's my best friend. I want her to wake up too!" Emma said. "Come on, you need to sleep."

"I can't sleep, not until she's awake." Robin insisted.

"Robin! All we can do now is have hope and pray for help." Emma said.

Emma rolled over to the reclining chair that sat on the other side of the bed. Robin helped her into it before he laid on the edge of the bed next to Regina. Even though Robin din't want too he quickly fell asleep from all of the stress. Soon after Killian hobbled in to the room and laid with Emma. She made sure that Killian wasn't in any pain with her leaning against him. They too fell asleep leaving the room dead silent.
