Best Friends

Chapter 1

"Hey look it's that Hyuga girl with the freaky eyes!" One kid shouted.

"Yeah she really creeps me out!" A little girl said.

"Why does a monster like that even exist?" Another child shouted.

Hinata walked passed the group of children who always made fun of her unique eyes. She put her head down and let the tears fall into the snow. Every day when she walked home from the academy the kids would always tease her.

"Hey! Leave her alone!" A boy shouted behind Hinata.

"Yeah she looks just fine." Another boy said.

Hinata turned around to see two boys. One of them had bright yellow hair and three whisker marks on his cheeks he had a big goofy grin on his face. The other boy had jet black hair and dark eyes he was lightly smiling at Hinata. The boys ran over to her and started walking side by side with her.

"Hey don't listen to those guys they're just dumb." The blonde one said smiling.

This made Hinata blush and look down. She was walking towards her home.

"I'm Naruto Uzumaki by the way and this guy is Sasuke Uchiha! He's kind of a weirdo hehe!" Naruto said laughing and elbowing Sasuke.

"I'm not a weirdo looser." Sasuke said with his hands in his pockets.

"I'm H-Hinata Hyuga." Hinata said barley audible.

"Where ya heading?" Naruto asked blowing out hot air in the cold weather.

"To m-my house." Hinata said looking down.

"How about you come to the arcade with us?" Naruto asked Hinata.

Hinata looked at Naruto smiling. No one had ever asked her to go anywhere. Everyone just thought she was a freak. But these two guys were different they were nice.

"Uh o-okay." Hinata said following Naruto and Sasuke.

They walked in the cold finally arriving at the arcade filled with games. Hinata looked around the place in amazement she had never been to an arcade. Since her father said it was just a waste of time. He just made her train in Karate with her cousin Neji.

"Here." Sasuke said handing Hinata a bunch of tokens.

"All of them?" Hinata said looking into Sasuke's dark eyes.

"Yeah we have a lot." Sasuke said walking towards a shooting game.

Naruto was already playing a car game making vroom vroom noises. Hinata looked around and saw a horse ride. She put 2 tokens in and got on the brown animal. Hinata smiled and giggled she'd never had as much fun as this with friends.

"Hey lets play air hockey Hinata?" Naruto asked smiling and sliding a token into the key hole.

"O-okay." Hinata said and walked over grabbing the puck and hitting it as hard as she could.

Ding

"Wow you made it in Hinata! Your pretty good at this game!" Naruto said grabbing the puck and putting on the table.

Hinata blocked it an it shot back. Naruto hit it with all his strength and it slid into her goal. The game was pretty intense and the winner was Hinata.

"You're pretty good but I'll beat you next time." Naruto said walking towards a photo booth.

"Let's take a picture guys." Naruto shouted getting into the machine.

Everyone got in and Naruto made a goofy face, Hinata just smiled and Sasuke's face was emotionless as ever. Each of them got a picture and they put in their pockets.

"Hey it's getting late want us to walk you home?" Sasuke asked smirking.

"Yeah sure!" Hinata nodded and started walking towards her house.

They walked in silence for awhile until Naruto started cracking jokes then they arrived at the Hyuga household.

"Wow your house is pretty big!" Naruto said walking up to the door.

Hinata just smiled and walked to the door.

"Bye!" Hinata shouted and waved at the two boys who were now her new friends. They waved and left.

Hinata walked into the house and went upstairs to her room. She smiled when she jumped onto her bed.

I finally have friends I was finally accepted by someone. I feel so happy that I have friends and two of them. They're so nice and friendly I hope we're friends forever!

Hinata fell asleep thinking of her new new friends Naruto and Sasuke.

                  The next day
Hinata woke up to the sound of knocking on her door. She rubbed her eyes and sat up. "Lady Hinata it's time for your training." Neji said from the other side of the door.

"Uh o-okay I'll be right out!" Hinata said getting up and changing quickly into her training gear.

She walked down stairs and into the backyard. Neji and her father were standing there waiting along with Hinabi.

"Alright Hinata get ready." Hinata's father said.

"Yes f-father." Hinata said getting into her fighting stance.

"Begin." He said and Neji ran at her.

Hinata blocked with her forearm and then made her counter attack. Of course Neji blocked it and hit her in the chest. Hinata slid back then ran at Neji she kicked him but he caught it. He elbowed her leg and she screamed out in pain.

"I-I think you broke it Neji.." Hinata said weeping and holding her leg.

"Nonsense get up and continue." Her father said.

Hinata got up slowly trying not to put any pressure on her injured leg. She hopped on one foot and got into fighting stance. Neji charged at her once again and hit her injured leg.

"Ahhhh!" Hinata screamed in pain.

Now it was visible that her leg was clearly broken. Tears streamed down her face as she held her leg.

"Get her in the car now!" Hinata's father said.

They arrived at the hospital 5 minutes later and Hinata got rushed in. Her father left after they said she'd be fine so she was all alone in her hospital room. Suddenly some one knocked on the door.

"C-come in." Hinata said softly.

Two boys came in Naruto and Sasuke.
Hinata looked up in shock which then turned into a smile.

"Hey Hinata! Naruto said running over beside her.

"Hey." Sasuke said smirking.

"What are you g-guys doing here?" Hinata asked curiously.

"When your in trouble we'll always be there believe it! Naruto said smiling and giving her a thumbs up.

"I mean how did you know where I was?" Hinata asked giggling.

"We asked your father." Sasuke said removing stray hairs from his face.

"O-oh." Hinata said smiling.

"Well we're gonna be here till you get better! So don't worry about being alone right Sasuke?" Naruto said hugging Hinata and Sasuke gently.

"Right." Sasuke said smiling genuinely.

Hinata smiled.
