Best Friends

Chapter 6

After Hinata told then the whole story they sat there in shock for a moment. Hinata noticed Naruto shaking in anger as he took sharp breathes. She put her hand on his shoulder and it seemed to calm him down a bit. Sasuke on the other hand was holding his feelings in even though you could tell it was hard. Neji however was pacing around the room muttering ways of killing all of them.

"Look guys calm down can't we talk about this after I go to the hospital? Because um I don't know I'm bleeding out!" Hinata said glaring at them all.

"R-Right!" Neji said as they made their way to the car driving to the hospital. They drove in silence for awhile until Hinata started gasping for breath.

"H-Hinata are you alright?!" Naruto asked.

"I'm fine can we just hurry up I'm kinda seeing black dots everywhere." That's all Hinata said before she let the darkness consume her.

They arrived and carried her in quickly. She received medical attention immediately. She had minor injuries except for the gash on her arm which got wrapped up along with other wounds. Sasuke and Naruto were in her room and texted the gang what happened to Hinata. They arrived shortly after all of them were in her room except for Kiba he was outside in the waiting room. He couldn't bare to see Hinata especially like that.

"Will are going to unleash hell on those bitches!" Sakura said glaring at nothing.

"Yeah!" The rest of the girls agreed.

"Where's Kiba? Did he come?" Hinata asked sitting up.

"Hinata lay down and yeah he's in the waiting room. I don't know why he's not in here I mean he's your boyfriend after all." TenTen said with a confused look.

"Actually.." Hinata started but Temari cut her off.

"Don't tell me you.." Temari said but got interrupted by Ino's loud mouth.

"YOU BROKE UP WITH HIM?" Ino asked making Hinata look down in shame.

Naruto and Sasuke turned their heads to her eager to hear the answer.

"Y-Yeah." Was all Hinata said before putting the cover over her head.

"Poor Kiba he's so kind." Ino said thinking about all the sweet things he's done for everyone.

"Could you tell Kiba to come in? So we can fix this in private." Hinata asked sitting up.

"Alright Hinata." Shino said leaving as well as the others.

Moments later a brown haired fellow walked in and say down. Kiba was looking away from her the whole time.

"What is it?" He asked sounding kind of angry towards the oh so sweet Hinata.

"Kiba look I'm really sorry for breaking your heart it's just I don't like you that way anymore. I don't know why but that just how I'm feeling." Hinata explained putting her hand on Kiba's cheek.

"So do you love some one else now huh?" Kiba asked anger on every word.

"K-Kiba..I still love you.. as a friend." Hinata said choking on her words.

"Answer the question Hinata." Kiba said staring daggers at her.

"Yes I think I do but I don't really know what I'm feeling to be honest." Hinata explained tears threatening to leave her  eyes as she saw the pained expression on Kiba's face. Suddenly he started chuckling to Hinata's surprise.

"Guess it's always gonna be me and Akamaru." Kiba muttered to himself smiling sadly.

"No Kiba you'll find that special some one okay." Hinata said giving him a reassuring smile. He just shook his head and smiled at her.

"You don't get it. I already found that special someone it's you Hinata. It's always been and always will." Kiba said tears escaping his eyes.

"Kiba.." Hinata started but he cut her off.

"No just stop I forgive you okay let's go back to being friends or whatever." Kiba said getting up and heading towards the door.

He suddenly felt a warm embrace and he was shocked that Hinata got up to hug him. He hugged her back and kissed her one last time before smiling and opening the door. When he opened to several people fell onto the floor.

"What are you doing?!" Kiba asked infuriated.

"I lost my contact?" Ino said pretending to look around smiling nervously.

"What about the rest of you guys?!" Kiba asked glaring at the group of his friends.

"We w-were uh helping her look for it." Choji said nervously scratching his head. Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Ino doesn't wear contacts! Do you think I'm stupid?!" Kiba yelled as everyone scattered as he chased some of them.

Hinata laughed observing the fiasco. She smiled at her nosy friends and laid back down. She heard the door slide open again so she looked up to see the number one knuckle head Naruto and the Uchiha prodigy Sasuke. A.K.A her best friends.

"You look horrible nerd." Sasuke said smirking.

"Speak for yourself duck butt." Hinata said giggling at her snide remark.

"Hehehe duck butt." Naruto repeated laughing while looking at Sasuke's not so amused face.

"How ya feeling Hina?" Naruto asked sitting down next to Sasuke.

"How do you think?! I want to go home now! Except they won't let me." Hinata said frowning.

"Well let's just sneak you out?" Naruto suggested getting up.

"I don't think that's a good idea idiot." Sasuke said still sitting.

"Got a better idea?" Hinata said getting up and stretching.

"Fine fine! I'll look and see if anyone's coming." Sasuke said sliding open the door a bit and peaking out. He saw a couple nurses walking past but after they left the hallway was empty. The only person they really had to avoid was the lady at the desk.

"Put this on." Sasuke said walking up to Hinata and handing her his jacket.

"What? Why?" Hinata asked holding it up suspiciously.

"Your going to have to wear a disguise to get out the door." Sasuke explained.

"Naruto give her you beanie." Sasuke commanded.

"Fine." Naruto said an handed it to her.

Sasuke handed her some shades and they sneak out the room. They walked past the desk avoiding eye contact and got out the door.

"Alright let's go home!" Hinata shouted when she started walking she ran into someone's chest.

"Where do you think your going?" Neji asked staring at the girl in his chest.

She looked up and then quickly stepped back. She glanced and Naruto and Sasuke as if saying busted.
