Secrets and lies

Adele's POV:

"Us five, shots"

"Del no we know what happened last time" Christian said, taking the glass out of my hands.

"Im older now" I said, snatching the glass back from him.

All the rest were up for doing it, that is apart from Justin, he didnt say anything but i could tell he was thinking it. I seemed to be the best at the game, apart from falling off my seat at the end.

"I think you need to lay down" Justin said, helping me up.

"Nooo its my party" I said, stumbling back up on my feet, walking away from him.

Justin's POV:

I came back to Adele for Rose, simply for Rose but everytime im around her i cant help myself but feel so attached to her, and im helping her too... Scooter told me about her drinking and that hes worried, i couldnt stop her tonight though.

I walked out by the pool and found Adele on the floor, sleeping, passed out, just laying on the floor. I walked over and picked her up in my arms, carrying her up the stairs. "J-Justin?"

"Yeah im here" I said, kicking her bedroom door open and laying her on the bed.

"Please stay"

"I'll be back in a minute" I said as i walked out, party's over, everyone was told to leave, apart from Caitlin and Chris of course.

"Shes pissed"

"I told her, Scooter cant know" Chris said.

"You know?"

"Yeah, we were all told to keep her away from it and why are you even back here anyway? Adele didnt wanna see you again, she didnt want you near Rose ether" Caitlin butted in.

"Well things change and you both know i love her"

"Whatever Justin, i suppose she doesnt know what you've been up to these years.."

"I swear if you mention it"

"I bet she wouldnt even let you near her kids, let alone her" Caitlin glared at me.

"I stopped i dont do it anymore"

"I doubt that, wonder whos next, heard you saw Shannon yesterday.." She trailed off as she ran up the stairs.

"She'll be fucking next if shes lucky" I tensed up, my fists rock hard.

"Woah Justin calm down, you cant expect her, well let alone anyone to like you after what you did, i mean you still got Ryan but how will Adele take that?" Chris said as he also walked up the stairs.

Fuck i have so many secrets. It could cost me everything.

Adele's POV:

After the party, everyone left me a few hours to sleep, when i woke up i was feeling better, apart from a headache. It was dark out, no sound of anything. I looked at the time as it read 2am. God have i really been asleep 6 hours? They could of woken me.

I got up and slowly walked down the stairs, i needed something for my head, i got stopped as i went into the kitchen. "Go back to bed" Justin told me.

"I need something for my head, move" I growled.

"I'll get them, just go back upstairs, Caitlin and Chris are in the spare rooms"

"Then why are you down here?"

"Oh um, work, things, nothing really" I nodded.

"Be quick" I said as i turned on my heel and walked back up the stairs, i laid on the bed and closed my eyes, opening them as i heard a door creak open.

"Take these" Justin said passing me some tablets and some water, i just had to wait for it to kick in.

"Del sit up" He told me, i sighed and did, me still half asleep. "Arms up" I was too sleepy to care what he was doing, so i did as he took my shirt off me, followed by my skirt, by now i was fully awake and in realiation that i was only in my bra and panties, Justin sat on the bed next to me.

"Why so scared?" He laughed as he pulled my body against his.

"Im not" I mumbled.

"You looked it, im not gonna hurt you"

"I know its just been a long time" I smiled and kissed his cheek.

"Put this on" he said, giving me one of his shirts which obviously was too big for me but it was comfy. "Come here" He said as i crawled across the bed and laid down in his arms, i fell asleep with him singing gently to me.

Justin's POV:

"Theres alot of things you need to know, which i havent told you, Caitlin, Chris, Chaz, my mom and your uncle know but dont blame them for not telling you because im not telling you to protect you, remember how you tried to protect me? Well im sorry" I said, kissing her head.

"When we split that ruined me, you must have heard it in the news, the drugs, the drink, but there was more to it, i also found out that you were drinking, taking the pain away, thats what they said, well i guess i was doing that too, just in a different way." I paused "I want you to know that i love you and i love Rose just as much as you, your my life and i didnt come back sooner because i thought you knew, i thought you would push me away but then i found out about you and how it was killing you too, even after all these years, your struggling too so im here to protect you now and im not going anywhere because i promised forever, and i remember that day, i wont forget what i said and i dont want you to ever give up"

I looked at her peacefully sleeping, clearly what is said she didnt hear, hopefully she will never hear. Im done with it now

Adele's POV:

"Aw look how cute they look!" I heard squealing at the bedside.

I fluttered my eyes open to see Caitlin and Chis standing at the edge of the bed, Justin was still sleeping, they didnt know we were giving it another go, it might have been slightly obvious the way i was wrapped up in his arms, in his shirt in my bed.

"Guys go away" I said, sitting up, Caitlin holding her phone out had obviously taken a picture.

"Are you going back out?" She asked, not so happy as she sounded before.

"Why?"

"Wondering"

"Yeah we are now go away" Justin grumbled as he threw a pillow at them as he wrapped his arms back around me and pulled me back down, kissing my nose.

"You realize she took a picture"

"She what?"

"Shes probably gonna post it, everywhere"

He sighed "Well let people think what they wanna think, i got my girl and my Rose back and thats all i care about" He said, going back to sleep, as the time was only 7am.

I had a really strange dream last night, Justin was in the hospital for god knows what, Rose was with Pattie in the waiting room, god she'd grown, she must have been about 5? I could see myself in my dream, i was crying, in tears, i had a note in my hands, all it said was; "Theres alot of things i should have told you, but i couldnt, not now anyway" I can remember it so clearly.

But that was when i woke up, not even getting to finish it. It was strange and i didnt like it, it had so many unanswered questions, i mean, what made me dream of that?
