Monday came. John was sitting in front of the vanity mirror wearing a white, button-down shirt and jeans. He was nervous. He couldn't stop wondering if the crowd will like him or not.

At a time like this, he was wishing Kayla was sitting next to him. Sure, they were friends, but John had always felt something more.

Then the realization hit him once more: She was no longer a part of his life.

"And today's guest on the Dick Clark show presents a newcomer in the music industry. Here he is, Mr. John Lennon!"

The curtains open, and John sits on the piano bench with his eyes narrowing down at the keys. He looks up, and stares out into the distance.

"This one is called, Woman."

He begins to press his fingers against the piano keys, humming as he started to warm up his voice.

"Woman,
I can hardly express,
My inter motions and my thoughtlessness.
After all I'm forever in your debt,
And woman. . ."
