Chapter 28: New Years Eve

Olivia's POV:
~December 31st~
I wake up in bed with a large shirt over my tiny frame
I look under the shirt to see my panties on but no bra
"What happened?" I ask rubbing my head confused
Jack took me out last night for a date & after that I don't remember much..
I ate some food & went to a club with him..
He walks out of my bathroom with his own toothbrush in his mouth
He looks at me wide eyed & washes his mouth out
He walks out & he sits on the edge of my bed
I climb on him & he plays with my hair
"You drank a bit too much last night. I called a taxi & we went back here." He says
"This shirt?" I say pointing to the one I'm wearing
"I gave to you..since I couldn't find clothes for you so quickly..I was rushing..I gave you a bath & got you dressed.."
"With no bra tho?" I ask wiggling my eyebrows smirking at him
"Easy for me isn't it?" He says & kisses me softly
I smirk & I pull apart from his lips
I stand up & I grab my hair & pick it up in a messy bun
I brush my teeth & I wash my mouth out with mouthwash
"It's New Year's Eve..I don't know what to do..Brooke is at her grandparents house in Boston..it sucks" I whine
He walks over to me
He wraps his arms around me
"We could go out together.."
"Only one thing.." He adds
I look at him
"No drinking." He says waving his index finger in my face
"Yes dad." I say rolling my eyes
"I prefer daddy" he says biting his lip & smacking my ass as I bend down to grab a brush for my hair
I untie my hair & I brush it out getting out the tangles from last night
I fix it & put it in a ponytail
I look through my closet
I feel a pair of lips on my neck
"Babe aren't you suppose to be home getting ready?" I say sighing
"Yes..but it's hard for me to leave.." He says kissing my temple
"Please Jack.." I say pouting & batting my eyelashes
"Your lucky your adorable" he says pecking my lips & grabbing his stuff
I take a quick shower & I walk out in a towel to find him still getting his stuff
I see him trying to stuff a pantie of mines in his pocket
"Uh uh mister..caught ya red handed!" I say waving my finger & snatching my black & white polka dot underwear that has black lace on the top of it
He pouts
"Just if you stood over babe.." He says stomping his feet like a child
I ruffle his hair up
"Go!" I say
He tugs on my towel
I smirk at him
He grabs the towel ripping it away from my body
Leaving me naked
I scream
"Give it back!"
He chuckles & hides in my closet
I open it & I grab the towel
He is laughing his ass off while I proceed to get dressed
I flip him off
"Babe I didn't mean to upset you..I was just messing around" he says kissing my hand
"Mmph..I'll see you later Jack"
He sighs & gathers his things
~7pm~
I'm dressed & my hair is perfectly curled
My makeup is done perfectly like I planned
I slip on my heels & I walk downstairs setting up everything
My mom decided to have a New Years Eve party here at home..
Since we have a rooftop..
I'm on my phone when I realize a see a text
"Jack💙: baby..I got a surprise for you. Get dressed super warm. Meet you in Times Square by 7:30pm"
I realize he sent it a hour ago..
I rush to get dressed into a warm outfit
I kiss my mom's cheek
"I'll promise to get back to celebrate with you & sis"
She smiles & nods
I walk outside to see him with roses
"Omg baby.." I say in awe
He smiles
"Bring your mom & sister"
"What why?" I ask raising a eyebrow
He just urges me to get my mom & sister
I rush back to the front door & I bang on it
They come outside dressed in warm clothes
He calls a limo & we drive to Times Square
"Jack we're lucky if we get in..Dick Clark's Rockin Eve is tonight."
"That's why we're going"
"Excuse me?" I say
"I got us 5 tickets in Rockin Eve"
"Wait how did you?" I ask freaking out
I've never been able to go there many years ago
due to me living in France
But luckily I got to see it on TV
"I know the performer who's performing tonight"
"Who is that?" I ask
"I can't tell you that just yet...just know it's a she" he says
as we drive into super busy Times Square
I see bright signs & I giggle excitedly seeing the Rockin Eve sign in bright neon letters
We go to the VIP parking & the limo parks
Jack walks us backstage
I squeal seeing DNCE,Justin Bieber,Ariana Grande etc..
Jack knocks on a door with A.C initialed on it
I raise my eyebrow
The door opens & I see the one..the only..ALESSIA CARA
I squeal & I hide behind Jack
"Is this the beautiful Olivia I hear about?" She says giggling

"Yes it is..she's my girlfriend Alessia..she happens to be a big fan of yours" he says
"I'd like a picture please" I say in barely a whisper
I truly became a true fangirl at this moment
Like I'm shaking & sweating a bit
She grabs my iPhone & we take 4 pictures

I hug her

"No problem girl..I gotta get ready I'll see you guys out there" she says
I nod & we head out
I grab Jack's hand tightly & we go to the outside where she'll be performing
"Oh Jack..you said there's 5 tickets..who did you invite as the +1?" I ask
I hear a familiar raspy voice
I look over to see Nate & stares at Bella intensely
"Nate my man" Jack says
"Yo G I got some Hennessy's for us later.."
"But I can't drink-"
"No babe..lets drink." I say smiling
I realized I'm 21 & I'm not gonna let a "forgettable" night of fun be the end of my drinking days..
He raises his eyebrow
"But you can't"
"I will." I say sternly & the music plays
I see Ariana Grande get on stage
She starts singing starting off Rockin Eve
"I'm so into you..I can barley breath...& all I wanna do..is fall in deep...but close ain't close enough..'till we cross the line,baby..so name a game to play & I roll the dice..hey..oh baby look what you started..the temperature's rising in here..is this gonna happen? I sway my hips to the beat

I clap my hands applauding the slayer of slaying Ariana Grande
~11:58pm~
After many performers
There's 2 minutes left until 2017
I look around to try to find Bella
She's crowded up on Nate
I roll my eyes
She really thinks he loves her..if he did..
he would've kept insisting to be with her all these months..
I find Jack & he grabs my hand
"Babe..I love you so much"
"I love you too baby" I say & he looks at the clock
11:59pm
"57 seconds left until it's 2017" the man yells on the mic
We all crowd around & I watch as the clock doesn't budge until i see it count down to 20 seconds
I look over at Jack
"Olivia Primrose Esteves..your my entire world & universe..I wouldn't want to spend my life with anyone else but you" he says cupping my face as we prepare to kiss..
Bella's POV:
I'm in Nate's arms
"Do you love me?"
"Of course I do."
"Then say it..I mean you never did..Nate..I love you..but are you ready for a relationship?" I ramble
"I wanna be with you Bella..to be honest..I'm a bit scared of your sister..she dates Jack who is my best friend..if she tells him about us..he'll kill me..I know she's looking out for you..-"
"Nate just say the answer...I'll leave or stay.." I say tearing up
He grabs my face cupping it with his hands
"I wanna be with you Arabella Sky..& only you..no one is close to being as perfect as you..will you be my gf?" He asks me his face lighting up
"Yes I will Nate" I say & I see the time
10 seconds..
He looks into my eyes
"I love you" he blurts out

Olivia's POV:
I ruffle Jack's hair up
He leans in closer
"10..9.." He counts down
"8..7.." I say as I see the ball move closer
"6..5.."
"4...3.."
"2..1.."
He slams his lip on mines without me knowing
I kiss him back & I hear screams
"HAPPY NEW YEAR!"
My mom hugs us & tears up
"I made it through another year..I miss your father..he would've wanted to be here with us"
I tear up & hug her
Jack hugs us both & comforts us
"We'll be happy for him tonight mom okay?" I say wiping her tears
She nods & One Dance by Drake plays
Nate walks over with Bella on his arm
I smile seeing them..they seem so happy..maybe I was wrong..
He kisses her head
He grabs the Hennessy bottle & pours 4 glasses of it for us
My mom drinks it slowly
I down it like nothing
"Anotha one" I say
He giggles & pours me another glass
"That's why I need one dance..got a Hennessy in my hand" I sing loudly as Jack dances with me to the music
~3am~
I'm no longer drunk
After is partying
We left
I'm at home in clean pjs & tired
I rub my eyes as I turn off my lights
I hear a faint knock on my door
I see Jack in sweats & a long sleeved shirt
He slips off his jacket
"I need company.." He says pouting
I shake my head smiling & let him in my room
My mom is asleep & Bella went to bed a few minutes ago..
She must've let him in..
He climbs in my bed
I cover myself in the sheets
I lay my head on the pillow
He kisses my neck
"No funny business Gilinsky.."
"Fine fine.." He says & cuddles me in his arms
He kisses my head & I fall asleep in his arms..
