'Stupid green haired rune mage', I thought as he walked down the stairs, in front of me. His hair swayed with every step he took and his footsteps sounded good too. Mine were like little taps against the floor but his were in perfect sync, a difference of 5 milli-seconds between each step.

His footsteps made his presence known. God, I envied them too! His hair was cute even when it was messy and I could smell the fruity shampoo as I walked behind him. I used the same shampoo today. But no... my hair doesn't smell that good.

We walked out the glass door, wind blowing our hair back and making me squint. I could hear Ms.Loisie's chirpy voice as she talked to customers.

"So where to now?" I asked Freed and he scratched his cheek.

"Uh...Where's the best place to prank someone?" He asked. Right. That was the first thing on the list. I couldn't believe he hadn't ever played a prank on someone. I did it all the time and Natsu always fell for it. Sometimes we would team up and target Gray. Oh, that poor guy. The things we did to him.

"I think the best place would be the guild hall. I can think of someone you would want to prank," I smirked at him and it took a while for him to get who I was talking about but he returned the wicked expression.

"Bickslow," we both said together. But how do we prank him? Guess we had to find his weak spots first and then attack him with it.

"But what do we do?" The rune mage asked cluelessly. "I've got no ideas."

"Think about what he's done to you that you've hated the most and as you get yourself in a vengeful state, I'm sure you'll get tons of ideas flowing through your brain," I advised.

He had to be the one to think about it, not me. After all, it was his bucket list. But I had a great idea for Bickslow. And I couldn't let this opportunity pass. You better watch out, Bickslow.

It was creepy, cackling mentally. And I stopped once I noticed the odd look Freed was giving me.

"I presume you have an idea?" He raised an eyebrow and I gave him a smile. "You're gonna love it," I stated. The green haired mage stepped closer to hear what I had to say.

"Wow, you're good at this stuff. Remind me to never get on your bad side," he muttered.

"You're always on my bad side," I said, rolling my eyes. The rune mage only laughed nervously which made me laugh.

"Don't worry. I won't target you," I assured him to which he sighed and I smirked adding, "Yet."

"But never mind that for now. Let's head to the guild hall. He's gonna be there somewhere drinking away or flirting," I said and he agreed as we walked down the quiet street.

It was surprising to see it so deserted, considering people were usually up and about at this time. The weather looked fine too. It wasn't awkward between us though. Thankfully.

The prank was playing in our minds and what Bickslow's reaction would be. Freed and I had unintentional, wicked smirks on our faces as we walked to the guild hall of Fairy Tail.

We were greeted by Mirajane's cheerful voice and Elfman's manly talk. Freed scartched the nape of his neck awkwardly when Mirajane's younger brother spoke about being a true man.

I stiffled a laugh by slapping my hand over my mouth and turning to the take-over mage who stood giggling at the sight herself.

"So how has the day been so far?" She asked and I gave her a shrug. "Fine," I said and was about to ask her about hers when she spoke.

"I'm talking about you being his slave, Y/n." Oh. That.

"Well, you see. He has different plans. He doesn't need a slave but a companion instead. So that's what I am for the day," I told her.
