Chapter 14: Meet Dantana

A loud ringing penetrates my dream. I throw my hand on the dresser searching for that damn iPhone. The sound of a atomic bomb annoys the shit out of me. Maybe that's why I have it as my alarm sound. After several attempts of hitting the snooze button, I successfully hush that atomic disaster. I slowly climb out of bed and stumble into the bathroom. It is seven in the morning and I am exhausted. I was unable to sleep through the night due to my arrangements of dreams about me coming out the closet.

I brush my teeth, eyes closed,and wash my face. About to randomly throw on some clothes, I realize that today is the day I start to film Glee! Immediately my energy is revived and I'm okay that I'm not in my bed asleep right now. After getting appropriately dressed, I scurf down breakfast and head out the door. Glee is normally filmed in Los Angeles however; the part I am in is located in NYC. My plane is prepped and I take the quick flight there. Since I am going to be filming for a few days, I pack a overnight bag. After I land, I check into the hotel and head to the set. I arrive just in time for the directors call.

"Nice for you to join us Ms.Lovato." the director smiles.

I'm greeted by small waves and whispers of hellos.

"Well since Demi is here I guess we can discuss her part in all of this. Demi is playing a singer named Dani who is also Santana's love interest."

Wait. What? Santana is a girl. Holy shit I play a lesbian. Oh how ironic. Just wait until Sam hears about this.

I glance over at Naya who plays Santana. She smiles softly. I have always had a girl crush on her, which now has a whole new meaning.

After the director's cut we get dismissed to our dressing rooms. Immediately I am bombarded with hugs and kisses from Lea who plays Rachel Berry.

"I'm so excited you're here!" she squeals.

"Yea me too." I mumble through her tight embrace.

Naya stands next to her. GOD she's beautiful. Wait. No. I have a girlfriend. Hey that has a nice ring to it. I actually have a girlfriend.

I hug Naya next. Her hug is softer and more delicate. She is much taller than me so I can rest my head on her. She smells like honeysuckle and vanilla.

"Hey future girlfriend." she whispers

I started to get nervous and all sweaty. The same thing I went through when I was around Sam at first.

A laugh awkwardly as that is all I can utter.

Lea begins to say something to me but I am focused staring at Naya. She stares back, a smile fixated on her lips.

Those plump, deep red, soft-

Fuck. I can't be thinking that. I need to control myself.

I quickly turn to Lea and tune in on what she is saying. I can still see Naya staring at me.

"Hey Demi." She says completely interrupting Lea,

You know we have a kissing scene."

"My mouth goes dry. A kissing scene? FML. How am I suppose to kiss a girl who I can barely keep my eyes off of.

"No... I ...didn't." I can barely speak

"Ooo. Hot."Lea teases

The makeup artist comes up and asks us to go to our dressing room for preparations. We all go our separate ways. I locate a paper with my name taped to the door. I enter and find roses neatly placed on the table. There is a small card attached to it that reads: Hello Beautiful. I just wanted to wish you good luck on your first day filming Glee.I Love You, Yours truly, S.
