Chapter 11

~Lauren's POV~

I watch as the apartment comes into view, making me smile. I've been pretty hungry after we left for training. The breakfast didn't hold me over for long. I look down at mine and Evan's hands intertwined, making me smile. The car comes to a stop in the garage, so I remove my seat belt and get out. Once closing the car door, I head to the elevator to get up to the room. I hope Dathi made something good. 

I step in and watch Vanoss jog to catch up. He presses the 10th floor button, so I look up at him and smile. "What...?" he asks hesitantly. I step to his left side, or the side with the buttons, and purposely lean on them. Pressing all of them down. "You asshole." he yells at me with a smile. I double over, laughing my ass off. He begins to chuckle too, making me snort. Before I know it, we're both a laughing fit. 

I hear the elevator go ding, and I look up at the number. We're on the 6th floor. Before the doors close, I jump out and run towards the stairs. I quickly run up them, skipping a lot. This is kind of like parcore, so it's not that difficult for me. But then again, I'm a professional at parcore. I step up the last few steps, then walk out the door. Not really breathless surprisingly. I hear the ding of the elevator, so I collapse on the floor to trick Evan.

I hear his footsteps walk up to me, then him laughing. "Not a good idea, huh?" he kids. I open my eyes and stand up perfectly fine. "Actually, that was a breeze." I reply, then turn with a slight hair whip. I can practically feel his shock, but then hear him chuckle a little. I knock on the door and see Wildcat open it. "There you two fucks are! I thought for sure you got lost and decided to go make babies or something." he jokes

I smile and shake my head. "Delirious!" I yell out. I walk in the door and see him sitting on the couch with his mask halfway off his face. He turns, then smiles. His mask it resting just above his lips. I smile and look over the couch, seeing a plate with spaghetti, garlic bread, corn, potatoes, and meatballs. "Geez! Got enough food?" I tease. He shakes his head, making me laugh. I steal his garlic bread and quickly take a bite, which results in him setting his plate down and standing up.

"That. Was. MINE!" he yells, then charges to me. I yelp, but quickly turn and run. I go into the kitchen and see Wildcat, so I charge behind him. "Hey, what the-" he says then sees Jon enter the room. "YOU THINK YOU CAN HIDE AFTER YOU TOOK MY BREAD?! LITTLE THIEF!" he yells, then charges toward me again. I start to run again, but remember I still have his bread. "Jon, you want this?" I ask, putting it in his face.

He nods, so I say "Sit!" He does as told, making me laugh. "Roll over" I continue on. He does as told once more, but quickly stands and takes it from my hand. "I'm no dog." he says, taking a quick bite. I continue to stare at him, him giving me a weird look in response. I hug him, then say "You look so grown up." in his chest. I think he finally realizes that he lost his mask in the midst of the dog acts.

I release him, then look again. He has his wonderful blue eyes, like me and mum, freckles spotting his nose and cheeks, and to scars I'm assuming from the explosion. "Sorry, but I couldn't help but look at your face. You look like me! It's stunning!" I say, laughing the awkwardness away. He smiles, making me smile. Evan walks in the room, only to see the two of us smiling at each other.

"What happened?" he asks. I turn to him, as well as Jon. "Damn, you two look so much alike now that I'm seeing you both together." he tells us. I nod and smile wider, then hug Del again. He hugs me back, eventually everyone joining in this No-Reason group hug. Everyone except Wildcat. I dig my way out of the hug and stand in front of the tall male. "Nope" he says stubbornly. 

I glare, but shrug and walk away.  "Hungry anyone?" Dathi asks, breaking the silence filling the room. "Hell yeeee!!!" Jon yells, making us all laugh. I sit down at the table with Evan taking a seat next to me. Jon sits on the other side, then Lui sits next to him. I watch Nogla place the foods on the table, then I remember Jon already ate. "Jeez! How much you gonna eat this time?!" I ask him. He chuckles and shrugs, then starts filling his plate with chicken strips and stuff.

I grab the macaroni and dump a spoonful on my plate, then take 2 pieces of chicken. I look at the guys in front of me and smile. "Can I know your real names?" I ask, catching their attention. I look down and begin to slowly eat a forkful of some noodles when I hear a "Brock". I look up and see Moo smiling at me, so I smile back. "Marcel." Basically says waving. "Lui!" Lui yells, making me laugh. 

"David" Nogla mumbles with food in his mouth. "Brian, Bryce, Arlan, Luke, Craig," Mini finishes off. I look over at Wildcat, but see him remove his mask. He was the blonde guy I saw scurry up the stairs. "Tyler" he tells me. I smile and watch everyone else remove whatever they were wearing to hide their identities. Lui has black messy hair, probably from the mask, child dimples, brown eyes, and a bright smile.

Tyler has has bright blue eyes, a mustache-beard thing, and frowning. "Lighten up, Tyler." I tease, making him smile. I smile back, only to have Evan grab my hand. I act normal so that nobody suspects anything. (Not all of them had masks on. Including Brian, Arlan, Brock, Luke, Craig, Bryce, Brock, and Basically. She saw Marcel's, David's, and Brock's in the beginning.) I resume eating and listen to everyone around me.

I'm apart of them. I'm their family, and I hope my family doesn't get destroyed. I have a home, and that better not get destroyed either.

YAY! CHAPTER.. Errrrrrr.. DAMMIT! *scrolls to top* 11! Hah! I knew it was something- who am I kidding? I didn't know. My updates will be slow because of my One-Shots requests are going over the top and taking my time. I have Band Camp for Highschool band that I attend to everyday, so I only have nights to update. Once Bandcamp is over, school will start. So please give me a little slack :) Thanks for understanding! CUE NORMAL OUTRO!
